【摘要】：2015年無疑又是一個“最難就業(yè)季”。高校畢業(yè)生持續(xù)增長,社會可以提供的就業(yè)崗位數(shù)量卻趨于平穩(wěn),對2015年的高校畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)方面提出新的要求。獨立學(xué)院的學(xué)生因為其特殊性,就業(yè)形勢更加嚴(yán)峻。這樣的背景下,仍然有部分獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生沒有受到及時有效的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)，，使得其行為與心理在就業(yè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題無法解決。本文通過對獨立學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中的思想政治教育進行研究,力求把思想政治教育教育人、引導(dǎo)人的優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮到獨立學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作中,幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的三觀,帶著良好的就業(yè)心態(tài)和優(yōu)秀的就業(yè)競爭力投入適合自己的工作崗位,為國家和社會的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn),為中國夢的實現(xiàn)發(fā)揮自己的一份力量。本文以獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生為主要教育對象來開展,運用了文獻(xiàn)研究及比較研究的方法找到理論支撐,運用了調(diào)查問卷及訪談?wù){(diào)查的方法搜集基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。本文主要分為四部分,第一部分論述了思想政治教育與大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的密切聯(lián)系;第二部分闡明了思想政治教育在大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中的重要功能：第三部分在大量調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上分析了獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中思想政治教育工作取得的成就和存在的特殊性問題,并且從社會層面、學(xué)校層面、家庭層面和學(xué)生層面四個方向分析了出現(xiàn)特殊性問題的原因;第四部分在分析原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出構(gòu)造社會平臺、優(yōu)化學(xué)校環(huán)境、奠定家庭基礎(chǔ)和督促學(xué)生積極跟進四個方面的對策。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that 2015 is again the most difficult job season. With the continuous growth of college graduates, the number of jobs offered by the society tends to be stable, which puts forward new requirements for the employment of college graduates in 2015. Independent college students because of its particularity, the employment situation is more severe. Under this background, there are still some independent college students do not receive timely and effective employment guidance, making their behavior and psychology in the process of employment problems can not be solved. Through the study of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of independent colleges, this paper tries to give full play to the advantages of ideological and political education to the employment guidance of independent colleges, and to help college students to set up correct three views. With a good employment mentality and excellent employment competitiveness to put into their own jobs, to contribute to the development of the country and society, for Chinese Dream to play their part in the realization of a force. This article takes the independent college students as the main education object, uses the literature research and the comparative research method to find the theoretical support, has used the questionnaire and the interview investigation method to collect the basic data. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the close relationship between ideological and political education and college students' employment guidance. The second part expounds the important function of ideological and political education in college students' employment guidance. The third part analyzes the achievements of ideological and political education in the guidance of independent college students' employment on the basis of a large number of survey data. And the existence of particularities, And from the social level, the school level, the family level and the student level four directions to analyze the reasons for the particularity; the fourth part on the basis of the analysis of the reasons, put forward the construction of a social platform to optimize the school environment, Establish the family foundation and urge the students to actively follow up the four aspects of countermeasures.
