【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下，我國許多高校都提出對(duì)大學(xué)生實(shí)行個(gè)性化的教育。本文以高校校園文化與大學(xué)生個(gè)性化教育研究為題目，查閱國內(nèi)外對(duì)高校校園文化和大學(xué)生個(gè)性化教育的文獻(xiàn)綜述，，對(duì)高校校園文化和大學(xué)生個(gè)性化教育的理論概述，接著分析高校校園文化對(duì)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)的作用：一方面，高校校園文化可以為大學(xué)生個(gè)性化的培養(yǎng)提供良好的實(shí)施平臺(tái)；另一方面，大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)任務(wù)是在特定的校園文化中去實(shí)現(xiàn)。根據(jù)研究當(dāng)前大學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查，然后再分析當(dāng)前高校校園文化在大學(xué)生個(gè)性化培養(yǎng)方面存在的主要問題，主要從高校校園精神文化建設(shè)不到位、高校校園制度文化發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后、高校校園物質(zhì)文化多表象少內(nèi)涵這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討，最后，基于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化教育的高校校園文化建設(shè)的路徑探討進(jìn)行論述，加強(qiáng)校園精神文化個(gè)性化建設(shè)、促進(jìn)校園制度文化個(gè)性化建設(shè)、完善校園物質(zhì)文化個(gè)性化建設(shè)三方面入手，目的在于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生個(gè)性化教育，讓大學(xué)生早日成長(zhǎng)成才。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, many colleges and universities in China have proposed individualized education for college students. Based on the research of university campus culture and individual education of college students, this paper refers to the literature review of campus culture and individualized education of college students at home and abroad, and summarizes the theory of individualized education of college students and campus culture of colleges and universities. On the one hand, the campus culture can provide a good implementation platform for the individuation of college students; on the other hand, the university campus culture can provide a good implementation platform for the individualized cultivation of college students. The task of individualized cultivation of college students is realized in the specific campus culture. Based on the study of the characteristics of college students' personality development, this paper applies questionnaires, and then analyzes the main problems existing in the individualized cultivation of college students in the current campus culture, mainly from the lack of construction of campus spiritual culture in colleges and universities. The development of university campus system culture is relatively lagging behind, and the material culture of university campus has less appearance and less connotation. Finally, the path of campus culture construction based on the cultivation of individualized education for college students is discussed. The purpose of strengthening the individualized construction of campus spiritual culture, promoting the individualized construction of campus system culture and perfecting the individualized construction of campus material culture is to train the individualized education of college students and make them grow up as soon as possible.
