【摘要】：教育公平一直是人們關(guān)心的話題,尤其是高等教育的公平,因?yàn)楦叩冉逃粌H可以改變一個人的素質(zhì),還可以改變一個人的命運(yùn)。近年來,高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會不公平問題日益成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)話題,因?yàn)槲覈莻�人口大國,高等教育資源人均占有比例少,尤其是重點(diǎn)院校更少。所以人們都希望爭取這個入學(xué)機(jī)會,進(jìn)入理想的大學(xué)。改革開放以來,我國的高等院校逐年增加,給高考的學(xué)子們增加了很多的高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會,但是有些省份,他們的高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會很少,能上重點(diǎn)大學(xué)更是難上加難。河南省人口眾多,重點(diǎn)高校較少,目前只有一所“211”院校鄭州大學(xué)。我國實(shí)行的是按省份劃定錄取名額,基本上都是自己省份錄取本省的學(xué)生占80%以上的比例,很多河南省的學(xué)子和家長感覺高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會很不公平。根據(jù)現(xiàn)在的高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會的狀況,本文進(jìn)行研究,從高考制度恢復(fù)以來,縱向比較分析河南省高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會的變化發(fā)展,并橫向比較分析河南省與其他省份和地區(qū)的高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會。提出高等教育入學(xué)機(jī)會方面存在的問題,并分析解決問題的辦法,以供政府決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Education equity has always been a topic of concern to people, especially the equity of higher education, because higher education can not only change the quality of a person, but also change the fate of a person. In recent years, the unfairness of the opportunity for higher education has become the focus of attention, because China is a large population and higher education. Since the reform and opening up, China's colleges and universities have increased year by year and increased the opportunities for higher education for the students in the college entrance examination, but in some provinces, there are few opportunities for higher education in some provinces. It is more difficult to go to key universities. Henan province has a large population and fewer key colleges and universities. There is only one "211" College at Zhengzhou University. Our country is implementing the enrollment quota according to the province, basically the proportion of the students who are enrolled in the province in the province of 80%, and a lot of students and parents in Henan province feel higher education. The opportunity is not fair. According to the present situation of higher education entrance opportunity, this paper studies the change and development of higher education entrance opportunities in Henan province since the college entrance examination system is restored, and compares the opportunities of higher education in Henan province and other provinces and regions. The existing problems and the ways to solve the problems are discussed to provide reference for government decision-making.
