導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入與研究生創(chuàng)新能力影響機(jī)制研究:一個(gè)有中介的調(diào)節(jié)模型

【摘要】:新時(shí)代導(dǎo)師與研究生之間的關(guān)系由一對(duì)一的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)向動(dòng)態(tài)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化關(guān)系。研究基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入理論,考察個(gè)體主動(dòng)性的中介作用與導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)中導(dǎo)師與研究生認(rèn)知相似度的調(diào)節(jié)作用。以福建省6所高校的在讀研究生為對(duì)象,通過問卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用有中介的調(diào)節(jié)作用檢驗(yàn)程序進(jìn)行模型檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入正向預(yù)測(cè)研究生創(chuàng)新能力;個(gè)人主動(dòng)性在導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入與研究生創(chuàng)新能力兩者間起著部分中介作用;認(rèn)知相似度在導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入和研究生創(chuàng)新能力間發(fā)揮有中介的調(diào)節(jié)作用,并且認(rèn)知相似度的調(diào)節(jié)作用部分通過中介變量個(gè)人主動(dòng)性起作用,相比低的認(rèn)知相似度,當(dāng)高的認(rèn)知相似度時(shí),導(dǎo)師網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入通過個(gè)人主動(dòng)性對(duì)研究生創(chuàng)新能力產(chǎn)生的積極影響更強(qiáng)烈。研究結(jié)果為研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)提供一個(gè)新的視角。
[Abstract]:The relationship between tutors and graduate students in the new era has changed from one-to-one relationship to a dynamic network relationship. Based on the theory of network embedding, this paper investigates the mediating function of individual initiative and the moderating effect of the similarity between tutor and graduate student in the network of tutors. Taking the graduate students in 6 colleges and universities in Fujian Province as the object, the model was tested by means of a questionnaire survey and a mediating program of adjusting function test. The results show that tutors' network embedding positively predicts graduate students' innovation ability, and individual initiative plays a part of intermediary role between tutor network embedding and graduate students' innovation ability. Cognitive similarity plays an intermediary role between mentors' network embedding and graduate students' innovation ability, and the adjustment of cognitive similarity is partly mediated by individual initiative of intermediary variables, which is lower than that of low cognitive similarity. When the cognitive similarity is high, the positive influence of tutors' network embedding on graduate students' innovation ability is stronger through individual initiative. The results of the study provide a new perspective for the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability.
