【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,企業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求日益旺盛,不僅需要掌握理論及管理知識(shí)的高級(jí)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理人才,同時(shí)也需要大批熟練一線技術(shù)操作,具備很強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力的技能型人才。要大力推進(jìn)校企合作、工教結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)在校生的實(shí)踐能力,創(chuàng)新校企合作模式。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of economy, the demand for talents is more and more strong, which not only needs the senior management talents who master the theory and management knowledge, but also needs a large number of skilled technical talents with strong practical ability. We should vigorously promote cooperation between schools and enterprises, combine work with education, enhance students' practical ability, and innovate the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
