云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題與對策研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是信息化、知識化的時代,云南省民辦教育蓬勃發(fā)展,成為云南省高等教育中的一支重要力量。民辦高校教師是辦好民辦高等學(xué)校的主體。建立一支政治素質(zhì)好、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)高、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的教師隊(duì)伍是民辦高校實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵所在。但在云南省民辦高校發(fā)展歷程中,出現(xiàn)了很多新情況和新問題,教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題尤為突出。 本論文將分五部分對云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題與對策進(jìn)行研究: 第一章為緒論,主要是對本論文的問題的提出與研究意義、研究方法進(jìn)行了說明,表述了云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究的必要性,并對論文中的幾個重要概念進(jìn)行界定。 第二章是介紹了民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ),,分別從雙因素理論、人力資源理論、期望理論、教師專業(yè)化理論的歷史演變和內(nèi)涵的角度進(jìn)行闡釋,為本論文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章是通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法對云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析,并以5所云南省民辦高校為例,力求在實(shí)證調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上了解云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,從云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍的教師結(jié)構(gòu)和用人機(jī)制方面來分析當(dāng)前云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題及原因分析。 第四章是進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的對策思考。通過前面三章的鋪墊,從云南省民辦高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的外部和內(nèi)部兩個維度提出建議,涉及到政策支持、制度保障等方面,為社會、學(xué)校等提供參考和借鑒,并以此作為全文的結(jié)束。 《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》中提出了要全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量,全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,這些對高校教師素質(zhì)的需求達(dá)到了前所未有的高度,世界各國也都在探索教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的途徑與方法,高素質(zhì)的教師是學(xué)校發(fā)展的必然要求,關(guān)系到整個高等教育事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of information and knowledge. The private education in Yunnan Province is booming and has become an important force in Yunnan higher education. Teachers in private colleges and universities are the main body of running private colleges and universities. It is the key to realize the strategy of sustainable development for private colleges and universities to establish a contingent of teachers with good political quality, high professional quality and reasonable structure. However, in the course of the development of private colleges in Yunnan Province, there are many new situations and problems, especially the construction of teachers. This thesis will be divided into five parts to study the problems and countermeasures of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. The first chapter is the introduction, which is mainly about the significance of the research, the research methods, the necessity of the research on the construction of the teachers in the private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, and the definition of several important concepts in the paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities. It explains the historical evolution and connotation of the theory of dual factor, human resources, expectation and teacher specialization. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this thesis. The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the current situation of teachers' construction in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province by means of questionnaire survey and interview, and take 5 private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province as an example. On the basis of empirical investigation, the author tries to understand the current situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province from the aspects of teacher structure and employment mechanism. The fourth chapter is to further promote the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. Through the foreshadowing of the preceding three chapters, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the external and internal dimensions of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, involving policy support, system support, and so on, and provides reference and reference for the society, schools, etc. And this as the end of the full text. In the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program 2010-2020, it is proposed that the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training should be improved in an all-round way. These demands on the quality of teachers in colleges and universities have reached an unprecedented height. All the countries in the world are exploring the ways and methods of the construction of teachers. High quality teachers are the inevitable requirements of the development of schools, which is related to the sustainable development of the whole higher education.
