【摘要】：幸福觀是人們對幸福的根本觀點與看法,是世界觀、人生觀和價值觀的重要組成部分。女大學生作為接受國家高等教育的新女性,在幸福觀上具有一定的導向作用,不僅影響自己的幸福人生,而且會影響到社會風氣的好壞與和諧家庭、和諧社會的構建。本文在調查問卷和搜集相關資料的基礎上,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國女大學生幸福觀的主流是好的。但部分女大學生在幸福的認知、幸福的獲取和幸福的感知等方面存在一定的問題,諸如拜金主義、享樂主義、個人主義等等。因此,針對這些突出的問題,有必要對她們進行幸福觀教育。本文從女大學生幸福觀現(xiàn)狀入手,分析存在問題的原因,探索新時期女大學生應該樹立什么樣的幸福觀以及如何對其進行幸福觀教育。 本文主要從三個部分進行論述。 第一部分,通過分析調查問卷,了解我國女大學生的幸福觀現(xiàn)狀,剖析存在問題的原因。我國女大學生在幸福觀上存在著三個方面的問題,對什么是幸福的認識水平不高；對幸福目標和獲取途徑的選擇有偏頗：對幸福的感知能力不強。究其原因,從女大學自身而言,主要是女性意識的缺乏；從社會方面來看,主要是中國傳統(tǒng)文化中“男尊女卑”的性別觀念的影響以及當代社會多元價值觀的影響；從教育方面來看,主要是家庭幸福觀教育不足和學校幸福觀教育的缺失。 第二部分,試著從幸福的含義、幸福的實現(xiàn)和幸福的感知三個方面對女大學生幸福觀進行理論建構,探索在當前社會女大學生應該樹立什么樣的幸福觀。論文指出,幸福是對人生而言重大的、持續(xù)的快樂心理體驗,是對人生具有重要意義的需要、目的、欲望實現(xiàn)時的心理體驗,最高層次的幸福是自我的實現(xiàn)和潛能的充分發(fā)揮時的心理體驗。要實現(xiàn)幸福,就要認識自我,認識自我的興趣與天賦,認識自我能力與欲望。同時還要具備感知幸福的能力,需要積極的心態(tài)、完善的人格和健康的情緒。 第三部分,主要從幸福觀教育的目標、幸福觀教育的方法以及幸福觀教育的途徑等方面探討如何對女大學生進行幸福觀教育。幸福觀教育的目標是：提高認知幸福的認識能力、提升體驗幸福的情感能力和增強獲取幸福的意志能力；幸福觀教育的主要方法有：榜樣示范法、媒體引導法、談心教育法、預防教育法和疏導教育法等；幸福觀教育的途徑,主要包括女大學生自我教育、學校教育、社會引導以及家庭熏陶。
[Abstract]:The concept of happiness is the fundamental view and view of happiness, and an important component of world outlook, outlook on life and values. Female college students, as new women receiving higher education in the country, have a certain guiding role in the concept of happiness, not only affect their own happy life, but also affect the good or bad social atmosphere and harmonious families, the construction of a harmonious society. On the basis of questionnaire and relevant data, this paper finds that the mainstream of female college students'concept of happiness is good. However, some female college students have some problems in cognition, acquisition and perception of happiness, such as money worship, hedonism, individualism and so on. Therefore, in view of these outstanding problems, it is necessary to carry on the happiness view education to them. Starting with the present situation of female college students' concept of happiness, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and explores what kind of concept of happiness female college students should set up and how to educate them on the concept of happiness in the new period. This article mainly carries on the discussion from three parts. The first part, through the analysis of questionnaire, to understand the status quo of female college students' concept of happiness, analyze the reasons for the problems. There are three problems in the view of happiness of female college students in our country: the level of understanding of what is happiness is not high; the choice of goal and access to happiness is biased; the ability of perception of happiness is not strong. The main reasons are the lack of female consciousness, the influence of the gender concept of "male superior to female" in Chinese traditional culture, and the influence of contemporary social multi-values, from the point of view of the society, the female university itself is mainly lack of female consciousness, and the social aspect is mainly the influence of the gender concept of "male superiority" in Chinese traditional culture. From the aspect of education, it is mainly lack of family happiness education and school happiness view education. In the second part, the author tries to construct the concept of happiness of female college students from three aspects: the meaning of happiness, the realization of happiness and the perception of happiness, and explores what kind of concept of happiness female college students should set up in the current society. The paper points out that happiness is a significant and continuous psychological experience of happiness for life, and it is a psychological experience of great significance to life, purpose, and realization of desire. Happiness at the highest level is the psychological experience of self-realization and full play of potential. To realize happiness, we must know ourselves, self interest and talent, self ability and desire. At the same time, must have the ability to perceive happiness, need a positive attitude, perfect personality and healthy mood. In the third part, the author discusses how to educate female college students on the concept of happiness from the aspects of the goal of happiness education, the method of happiness view education and the way of happiness view education. The goal of happiness education is to improve the cognitive ability of happiness, to enhance the ability to experience happiness and to strengthen the ability of will to obtain happiness, the main methods of happiness education are: model model law, media guidance method, talk and heart education method, The methods of happiness education include self-education of female college students, school education, social guidance and family edification.
