【摘要】：對國內(nèi)外工科人才培養(yǎng)的側(cè)重點進(jìn)行了比較分析,結(jié)合學(xué)校實施的"英才計劃"教學(xué)模式,開展了對通信工程英才培養(yǎng)的實踐探索。研究表明:因材施教制定培養(yǎng)方案,能充分挖掘?qū)W生潛能,有效加強(qiáng)工科生的個性化發(fā)展;通過學(xué)科賽事提高實踐創(chuàng)新能力,利用校企合作平臺豐富教學(xué)實踐經(jīng)驗,能多途徑有效地提高學(xué)生解決實際工程問題的能力;以課題項目研究為基礎(chǔ),面向?qū)嶋H探究知識,能有效促進(jìn)師生教學(xué)相長。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comparative analysis on the emphasis of the cultivation of engineering talents at home and abroad, and combines with the teaching mode of the "Plan of Excellence" carried out in the school, carries out a practical exploration on the cultivation of talents of communication engineering. The research shows that teaching and training in accordance with students' aptitude can fully tap the potential of students, effectively strengthen the individualized development of engineering students, improve the ability of practical innovation through disciplinary events, and enrich teaching experience by using the platform of cooperation between schools and enterprises. It can effectively improve the ability of students to solve practical engineering problems, and can effectively promote teachers and students to learn each other on the basis of project research and to explore knowledge in the face of practice.
