大學(xué)生思想政治教育中體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷的對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高等院校思想政治教育是對(duì)大學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行思想引領(lǐng),幫助其樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。人文關(guān)懷在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中顯得十分重要。人文關(guān)懷是國(guó)家對(duì)青年大學(xué)生群體的關(guān)心,人文關(guān)懷體現(xiàn)在思想政治教育中是對(duì)高校思想政治教育實(shí)施者的責(zé)任,是高校思想政治教育與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的內(nèi)在要求,是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系在育人實(shí)踐中的具體運(yùn)用。 本論文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、調(diào)查法,從對(duì)策研究層面和完善理論研究入手,把高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育中體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷的因素提高到關(guān)乎大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)、堅(jiān)定其社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系意識(shí)的高度系統(tǒng)研究。 第一部分:大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的內(nèi)涵和相關(guān)理論。首先分析了人文關(guān)懷的產(chǎn)生背景和其含義內(nèi)容,大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的教育特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),根據(jù)研究綜述理清人文關(guān)懷的相關(guān)理論。 第二部分:大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的現(xiàn)狀及問題分析。從大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷取得的成績(jī)和現(xiàn)存的問題兩個(gè)方面闡述了目前高等院校在思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷方面的現(xiàn)狀,高校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)及價(jià)值定位不準(zhǔn)、大學(xué)生思想政治教育方法創(chuàng)新不夠、人文關(guān)懷載體功能沒有充分發(fā)揮等問題。 第三部分:大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷現(xiàn)存問題產(chǎn)生原因探析。從對(duì)人文關(guān)懷缺乏深度認(rèn)識(shí)、對(duì)大學(xué)生需求重視程度不夠、社會(huì)環(huán)境中不良因素的影響、人文關(guān)懷機(jī)制建設(shè)不健全四個(gè)方面對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷存在問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行探析,以此對(duì)人文關(guān)懷現(xiàn)存問題有較全面的認(rèn)識(shí),為制定在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷的對(duì)策大好基礎(chǔ)。 第四部分:增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的對(duì)策分析。對(duì)策部分主要從提高大學(xué)生對(duì)思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的認(rèn)識(shí)、完善大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷理論研究、大學(xué)生思想政治理論課體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷四個(gè)大的方面入手,旨在全面分析增強(qiáng)思想政治教育中人文關(guān)懷因素的對(duì)策,為高等院;虼髮W(xué)生人文關(guān)懷的相關(guān)研究提供材料參考和有效的幫助。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to guide college students and help them to establish correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Humanistic care is very important in the ideological and political education of college students. Humanistic care is the national concern for young college students. Humanistic care is the responsibility of the implementers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and is the inherent requirement for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to keep pace with the times. It is the concrete application of the socialist core value system in the practice of educating people. This paper mainly adopts the literature method, interview method, investigation method, from the countermeasure research level and consummates the theory research, raises the university student ideological and political education manifests the humanities concern factor to relate to the university student's all-round development. Building a harmonious society and strengthening its socialist core value system awareness of a high degree of systematic research. The first part: the connotation and related theories of humanistic care in ideological and political education of college students. Firstly, it analyzes the background and meaning of humanistic care, and the educational characteristics of humanistic care in ideological and political education of college students. At the same time, according to the research review to clarify the relevant theory of humanistic care. The second part: the present situation and problem analysis of humanistic care in ideological and political education of college students. This paper expounds the present situation of humanistic solicitude in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of the achievements and the existing problems in the ideological and political education of college students. The cultivation objectives and value orientation of colleges and universities are not correct. College students' ideological and political education method innovation is not enough, humanistic care carrier function has not been brought into full play. The third part: the ideological and political education of college students humanistic concern causes of the existing problems. From the lack of deep understanding of humanistic care, insufficient attention to the needs of college students, the impact of adverse factors in the social environment, This paper probes into the causes of the existing problems in the ideological and political education of college students from the four aspects of the imperfect construction of humanistic care mechanism, so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the existing problems of humanistic care. It is a good basis for formulating the countermeasures to embody humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students. The fourth part: strengthen the ideological and political education of college students humanistic care countermeasures. The countermeasures are mainly to improve the understanding of ideological and political education, improve the humanistic care mechanism of ideological and political education, and strengthen the theoretical research of humanistic care in ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political theory course of college students embodies four aspects of humanistic solicitude in order to comprehensively analyze the countermeasures to strengthen the humanistic care factors in ideological and political education. To provide material reference and effective help for the research of humanistic care for colleges and universities or college students.
