遼寧省?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:當(dāng)前大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題已成為社會(huì)和政府關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)。2006—2012年我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生人數(shù)分別為413萬(wàn)、495萬(wàn)、559萬(wàn)、611萬(wàn)、631萬(wàn)、660萬(wàn)、680萬(wàn),2006—2011年就業(yè)率分別為:77%、70%、68%、68%、63%、61%。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)呈逐年增長(zhǎng)之勢(shì),2006年以來就業(yè)率卻呈逐年下降之勢(shì),由此形成了龐大的待業(yè)大軍。加之?圃盒.厴I(yè)生相比本科生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)相對(duì)不足,導(dǎo)致了加劇?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)象。 本文研究主要目的是為了測(cè)度?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素對(duì)就業(yè)水平的定量影響及其相對(duì)重要性。從理論上分析總結(jié)出專科院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)水平的主要影響因素;運(yùn)用里克特量表等知識(shí),設(shè)計(jì)以“就業(yè)水平”為目標(biāo)的針對(duì)?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素的調(diào)查問卷;利用遼寧省三所具有代表性的?圃盒.厴I(yè)生問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。首先,通過國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述理解?圃盒>蜆I(yè)研究的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。其次,總結(jié)?圃盒>蜆I(yè)影響因素理論及其分類。然后,對(duì)專科院校就業(yè)影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)研和實(shí)證研究。第一,分類整理專科院校就業(yè)影響響因素,形成表格;第二,針對(duì)?圃盒>蜆I(yè)影響因素設(shè)計(jì)專科院校就業(yè)問卷調(diào)查;第三,有效問卷調(diào)查的收集和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作。第四,運(yùn)用層次分析法評(píng)價(jià)專科院校就業(yè)影響因素的重要性程度。接著,針對(duì)影響?圃盒>蜆I(yè)程度大的因素,提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策和解決方案。最后,總結(jié)論文的結(jié)論和今后的研究趨勢(shì)。 本文的研究著眼于個(gè)人、家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)校各方面對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響,能夠幫助各方面認(rèn)清解決?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)問題的關(guān)鍵因素所在,為?圃盒.厴I(yè)生就業(yè)問題對(duì)癥下藥起到良好的幫助促進(jìn)作用。希望對(duì)今后?圃盒5木蜆I(yè)指導(dǎo)工作起到指導(dǎo)和參考作用。
[Abstract]:The number of college graduates in China from 2006 to 2012 was 4.13 million, 4.95 million, 5.59 million, 6.11 million, 6.31 million, 6.6 million, 6.8 million respectively, and the employment rate in 2006-2011 was respectively 4.13 million, 4.95 million, 5.59 million, 6.11 million, 6.31 million, 6.8 million. The number of college graduates has been increasing year by year, but the employment rate has decreased year by year since 2006, thus forming a huge army of unemployed. In addition, compared with undergraduate students, the competitive advantage of college graduates is relatively insufficient, which makes it more difficult for college graduates to obtain employment. The main purpose of this study is to measure the quantitative influence of employment factors on employment level and its relative importance. This paper theoretically analyzes and summarizes the main influencing factors on the employment level of college graduates, designs a questionnaire aiming at the employment level of college graduates by using the Richter scale and other knowledge, and designs a questionnaire on the factors affecting the employment of college graduates. Using the questionnaire survey data of three representative colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, this paper makes a statistical analysis and empirical test. First of all, through the literature review at home and abroad to understand the current situation and development trend of employment research in colleges and universities. Secondly, it summarizes the theory and classification of employment factors in colleges and universities. Then, the factors affecting employment in colleges and universities are investigated and empirically studied. First, sort out the influential factors of employment in colleges and universities, form a table; second, design a questionnaire survey on employment factors in colleges and universities; third, collect effective questionnaires and statistical analysis of data. Fourth, the use of analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the importance of employment factors in colleges and universities. Then, according to the factors that affect the employment degree of colleges and universities, the corresponding countermeasures and solutions are put forward. Finally, the conclusion of the paper and future research trends are summarized. This paper focuses on the influence of individual, family, society and school on the employment of college graduates, which can help them to understand the key factors to solve the employment problem of college graduates. For the employment of college graduates to play a good role in promoting the employment problem. Hope to the future employment guidance of colleges and universities to play a guiding and reference role.
