【摘要】：《形勢與政策》是大學(xué)生了解黨的路線、方針和政策的重要平臺,是高校加強大學(xué)生思想政治工作的主陣地主渠道。深入探索《形勢與政策》課程建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗,分析和解決課程規(guī)范化過程中的實際問題,是《形勢與政策》課程建設(shè)的需要,更是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的新需要。論文對《形勢與政策》課程的發(fā)展演變進行了回顧,分析了課程建設(shè)不同時期的特點,總結(jié)了課程建設(shè)取得的主要成就,指出了其中存在的主要問題,并提出解決問題的路徑。尤其是文中提出的課程建設(shè)主要成就和主要問題,不是作者的主觀推斷,而是建立在問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計基礎(chǔ)上,建立在與中宣部、教育部頒布的《關(guān)于進一步加強高等學(xué)校學(xué)生形勢與政策教育的通知》(教社政[2004]13號)關(guān)于課程規(guī)范化建設(shè)的要求對照上,保證了結(jié)論的準確性和科學(xué)性。 論文立足于調(diào)查研究和實證分析,側(cè)重于數(shù)據(jù)分析和案例解構(gòu),有理有據(jù),把《形勢與政策》課建設(shè)從實踐層面提升到學(xué)術(shù)層面,從實證研究到理論分析,具有自己的學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新點和特色,彌補了相關(guān)研究的不足。
[Abstract]:"situation and Policy" is an important platform for college students to understand the Party's line, principles and policies, and is the main channel to strengthen the ideological and political work of college students. It is necessary for the curriculum construction of "situation and Policy" to deeply explore the successful experience of curriculum construction and to analyze and solve the practical problems in the course standardization. It is also the new need of ideological and political education for college students. This paper reviews the development and evolution of "situation and Policy" curriculum, analyzes the characteristics of different periods of curriculum construction, summarizes the main achievements of curriculum construction, points out the main problems, and puts forward the ways to solve the problems. In particular, the main achievements and problems of curriculum construction proposed in this paper are not the subjective inference of the author, but are based on the statistical basis of the questionnaire survey data and on the basis of the propaganda Department of the Central Committee. The "notice on further strengthening the situation and Policy Education of College students" issued by the Ministry of Education (Education Society Administration [2004] 13), compared with the requirements of curriculum standardization construction, ensures the accuracy and scientific nature of the conclusion. Based on investigation and empirical analysis, the thesis focuses on data analysis and case deconstruction, and puts forward the course construction of situation and Policy from practice to academic, from empirical research to theoretical analysis. Has its own academic innovation point and characteristic, has made up the related research insufficiency.
