【摘要】：地方高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的實(shí)質(zhì)是人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)型,是從培養(yǎng)學(xué)術(shù)型人才向培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的轉(zhuǎn)型,本文在分析應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的內(nèi)涵、基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、確立依據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。
[Abstract]:The essence of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities is the transformation of the goal of talent cultivation, and the transition from the cultivation of academic talents to the cultivation of applied technical talents. This paper analyzes the connotation, basic standards, and establishes the basis of the applied technical talents.This paper puts forward the strategy of realizing the training target of applied technical talents.
