【摘要】：高校德育工作是思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分之一，顯性思想政治教育一直是德育的主要方式。然而伴隨著社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的到來，大學(xué)生的價值觀念、思想觀點(diǎn)和行為取向等方面都發(fā)生了不同程度的變化，原有高校以理論灌輸為主的德育模式雖仍在發(fā)揮重要作用，但其單一、僵化的教育方式，已使大學(xué)生日漸厭倦，甚至對這種一味的說教產(chǎn)生厭煩和抵觸的心理，最終影響了思想政治教育效果的發(fā)揮。為調(diào)動大學(xué)生主動接受教育的積極性，使思想政治教育取得更加明顯的效果，有必要在對學(xué)生進(jìn)行顯性思想政治教育的同時，加強(qiáng)對隱性思想政治教育的開發(fā)和運(yùn)用，使兩者能有機(jī)結(jié)合、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)。隱性思想政治教育采取貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際生活的教育方式，能更廣泛的覆蓋教育空間，它生動活潑、寓教于樂的教育方式能有效地消除人們的逆反心理，調(diào)動學(xué)生參與的熱情，使學(xué)生在享受校園生活，參與集體活動中不知不覺受到感染，得到啟迪，在參與感受中實(shí)現(xiàn)自我教育。隱性思想政治教育把教育目的與教育內(nèi)容隱含在一定的教育資源之中，論道而不說教，既切合學(xué)生實(shí)際又貼近學(xué)生生活，使他們樂于主動接受教育，在愉快的體驗中提高了自身的道德素質(zhì)。加強(qiáng)對高校隱性思想政治教育的研究具有重要意義，，本文從分析隱性思想政治教育及其相關(guān)概念入手，分析了隱性思想政治教育的必要性、功能、理論基礎(chǔ)和心理機(jī)制，最后對隱性思想政治教育的實(shí)施途徑進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性的研究，以期對提高當(dāng)前高校德育工作的實(shí)效性具有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Moral education in colleges and universities is one of the important parts of ideological and political education, and explicit ideological and political education has always been the main way of moral education.However, with the coming of social transformation period, the values, ideas and behavioral orientation of college students have all changed to different degrees. The moral education mode, which is based on theory indoctrination, is still playing an important role in the original colleges and universities.However, its single, rigid education method has made college students tired day by day, even to this kind of blindly preaching produces weariness and the resistance psychology, finally has affected the ideological and political education effect display.In order to arouse the enthusiasm of college students to accept the education voluntarily, and to make the ideological and political education more obvious, it is necessary to strengthen the development and application of the implicit ideological and political education while carrying on the explicit ideological and political education to the students.The two can be combined organically and complement each other.The implicit ideological and political education adopts the education method which is close to the students' actual life, and can cover the educational space more broadly. It can effectively eliminate people's rebellious psychology and arouse the enthusiasm of students' participation.Make students enjoy campus life, participate in collective activities unconsciously infected, get enlightenment, in the experience of participation in the realization of self-education.The implicit ideological and political education implies the purpose and content of education in a certain educational resource. It not only suits the students' reality but also close to the students' life, and makes them willing to accept the education voluntarily.In the happy experience to improve their own moral quality.It is of great significance to strengthen the research on the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper begins with the analysis of the recessive ideological and political education and its related concepts, and analyzes the necessity, function, theoretical basis and psychological mechanism of the recessive ideological and political education.Finally, the author makes an innovative study on the implementation of implicit ideological and political education in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
