【摘要】：個(gè)人的生存和發(fā)展離不開(kāi)社會(huì)交往活動(dòng)的展開(kāi)，交往為人類個(gè)體物質(zhì)和精神需要的滿足提供了條件，同時(shí)，交往方式也深刻影響著個(gè)體的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)、思維方式和生活模式。人類社會(huì)的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)隨著人類交往方式的嬗變發(fā)生著歷史變遷，從人的依賴、物的依賴到信息依賴的交往方式的發(fā)展中，人類社會(huì)在生產(chǎn)方式、發(fā)展模式、傳播結(jié)構(gòu)、文化環(huán)境等方面發(fā)生著翻天覆地的變化。網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往是隨計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的交往方式，它逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)著人類長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)對(duì)速度更快、容量更大、形式更豐富、聯(lián)系更便捷、溝通更順暢的普遍交往的美好設(shè)想，使世界范圍內(nèi)的數(shù)字地球村逐步形成，為促進(jìn)社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步和個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展提供了前所未有的時(shí)代沃土。這是最好的時(shí)代，也是最壞的時(shí)代。網(wǎng)絡(luò)紅利裹挾著網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)撲面而來(lái)，沖擊著人類已有的生存經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使人類面臨著新的歷史條件下的發(fā)展困境。具有虛擬性、平等性、全球性和多元性等特點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往將人們引入了不同于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界，拓展了人類生活世界的邊界。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息場(chǎng)中多元文化并存，不同意識(shí)形態(tài)之間的交鋒異常激烈。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是伴隨網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)的一代，他們對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)新生事物的接受度高，學(xué)習(xí)、生活對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的依賴程度深，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往的信息環(huán)境對(duì)他們的思想觀點(diǎn)、價(jià)值觀念、行為習(xí)慣的影響力大。在當(dāng)前條件下，做好大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作必須要深入網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往迅速發(fā)展的時(shí)代語(yǔ)境，，適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息環(huán)境和交往方式，轉(zhuǎn)變工作方式方法，充分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)增強(qiáng)主體間互動(dòng)，牢牢把握住引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。要充分發(fā)揮價(jià)值引領(lǐng)作用，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)法律法規(guī)教育，增進(jìn)大學(xué)生對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的辯證認(rèn)識(shí)，使他們學(xué)會(huì)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往中實(shí)現(xiàn)更優(yōu)的生存狀態(tài)，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的健康成才，營(yíng)造良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合以及分析與綜合相統(tǒng)一的研究方法，對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往語(yǔ)境下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討，全文共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分首先闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵，指出交往是人的基本存在方式，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往方式是時(shí)代發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，塑造著信息時(shí)代的文化景觀和社會(huì)風(fēng)貌。分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往與傳統(tǒng)交往方式相比的突出特點(diǎn)，即虛擬性、全球性、平等性、多元性等，最后落腳于考察當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往現(xiàn)狀；第二部分基于以上對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往的定位和評(píng)價(jià)，指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往構(gòu)成的生活圖景已經(jīng)是開(kāi)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育重要的話語(yǔ)語(yǔ)境，其中機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往豐富了大學(xué)生的信息獲取渠道，打破了大學(xué)校園較為封閉的文化環(huán)境，增強(qiáng)了與社會(huì)的互動(dòng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往的平臺(tái)為思想政治教育的開(kāi)展開(kāi)拓了隱性滲透的廣闊陣地，為教育者與受教育者主體間的溝通交流、增進(jìn)理解提供了良好的交往條件。同時(shí)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往創(chuàng)造了多元并存、魚(yú)龍混雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息場(chǎng)，傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育的話語(yǔ)權(quán)被削弱。個(gè)性化、自主性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往方式對(duì)大學(xué)生的集體主義價(jià)值觀形成沖擊。此外，過(guò)度沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界不利于大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)成才，需要思想政治教育工作者加強(qiáng)關(guān)注和引導(dǎo)；第三部分從大學(xué)生自我管理水平不高、思想政治教育工作對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往發(fā)展重視不足、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)尚不完善三個(gè)角度，探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往語(yǔ)境下大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性不高、威信力下降的原因，找尋導(dǎo)致思想政治教育“網(wǎng)絡(luò)失語(yǔ)”的根源；第四部分從大學(xué)生、思想政治教育工作自身、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境監(jiān)管三個(gè)方面對(duì)癥下藥，探索提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性，促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往規(guī)范化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境有序化的有效路徑，提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往語(yǔ)境下加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的幾點(diǎn)建議。

To give full play to the leading role of value, strengthen college students network moral education and the laws and regulations of network education, the improvement of the students dialectical understanding of the network, so that they learn to achieve better living conditions in the network communication, to promote their healthy development, to create a good network environment.
This paper mainly adopts the literature research method, combining theory with practice and analysis of research methods and unified comprehensive phase, discussed issues related to network communication in the context of the ideological and political education, the thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the essential connotation of network communication, points out that communication is a basic way of human existence the network communication is the product of the times, shaping the culture of the information age and social landscape style. Then analyzes the characteristics of network communication in contrast to traditional communication mode, namely virtual, global, equality, diversity and so on, and finally settled on the study of contemporary college students' network communication status; the second part positioning and evaluation the network communication based on network communication, pointed out that the picture of life which is to carry out the discourse context of Ideological and political education important, among them the opportunity Andchallenge. Network communication can enrich students' access to information, to break the relatively closed campus cultural environment, enhance the interaction with the society.
