平安校園建設(shè)視角下的高校安全教育研究

【摘要】:高校安全穩(wěn)定是創(chuàng)建平安校園的一個重要前提和基礎(chǔ),而安全教育又是高校安全穩(wěn)定工作的一項重要內(nèi)容。我國高校擴(kuò)招以來,在校大學(xué)生數(shù)量不斷增加,高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化階段,辦學(xué)模式也由過去的封閉型轉(zhuǎn)為開放型。與此同時,伴隨著后勤社會化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化改革的深入,大學(xué)校園與周邊環(huán)境相互融合、滲透,成為一個小社會。這給高校師生帶來便利的同時,也帶來了一系列安全問題。近年來,高校安全事件頻頻發(fā)生,給家庭和社會帶來了不利影響。這些事件的發(fā)生固然與復(fù)雜的外部環(huán)境有關(guān),但是當(dāng)今大學(xué)生安全意識薄弱,安全防范技能差也是不能忽視的重要因素。在高校中,安全教育往往被忽略,沒有形成專業(yè)的師資隊伍,沒有開設(shè)安全教育專業(yè)課程,導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)性、實效性不強(qiáng)。文章以平安校園的創(chuàng)建為出發(fā)點和落腳點,通過分析當(dāng)前高校在安全教育方面存在的不足之處,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出切實有效的方法和措施。文章在收集整合有關(guān)高校安全教育和平安校園文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,加上自身的理解,首先闡述了高校安全教育與平安校園的相關(guān)概念,論述了高校安全教育對平安校園創(chuàng)建的意義,平安校園的創(chuàng)建對高校安全教育提出的要求。其次,通過對幾則典型案例的分析,找出當(dāng)前高校安全教育的不足之處,并從家庭、學(xué)校、個人分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。最后一部分是文章的落腳點,主要針對當(dāng)前高校安全教育存在的問題,提出了“四位一體”、“五方聯(lián)動”、“六課并舉”的對策思考。
[Abstract]:The safety and stability of colleges and universities is an important prerequisite and foundation for the establishment of safe campus, and safety education is an important part of the work of safety and stability in colleges and universities.Since the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of college students has been increasing, higher education has entered the stage of popularization, and the mode of running schools has changed from closed to open.At the same time, with the socialization of logistics and the deepening of industrialization reform, the campus and the surrounding environment merge and penetrate into a small society.This brings convenience to teachers and students, but also brings a series of safety problems.In recent years, college security incidents have occurred frequently, which has brought adverse effects to the family and society.Although the occurrence of these events is related to the complex external environment, the security awareness of college students is weak, and the poor safety prevention skills are important factors that can not be ignored.In colleges and universities, the safety education is often ignored, the professional teachers are not formed, and the safety education courses are not offered, which leads to the systematization and the effectiveness is not strong.Based on the establishment of a safe campus, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of safety education in colleges and universities, and puts forward practical and effective methods and measures.On the basis of collecting and integrating the literature about safety education and safety campus in colleges and universities, and the understanding of itself, this paper first expounds the related concepts of safety education and safety campus in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the significance of safety education in colleges and universities to the establishment of safe campus and the requirements for safety education in colleges and universities.Secondly, through the analysis of several typical cases, find out the shortcomings of safety education in colleges and universities, and analyze the causes of the problems from family, school and individual.The last part is the foothold of the article. Aiming at the existing problems of safety education in colleges and universities, the author puts forward the countermeasures of "four in one", "five parties' linkage" and "six lessons simultaneously".
