【摘要】：對于當代青年人來說人際交往無論在工作中還是在生活中都非常重要，尤其是現(xiàn)代高速發(fā)達的社會發(fā)展速度，要求人與人之間的關系既要默契又要相對的獨立，但是就目前大學生的情況來看，由于百分之八十多都是獨生子女，他們具有天然的不足，缺少手足關系交往的經(jīng)驗，也缺少兄弟姊妹之間的競爭鍛煉，尤其是中國社會的傳統(tǒng)觀念所致，許多父母過于代替子女承擔一些本不應該承擔的事情，很多交往都是由父母代替進行，所以導致現(xiàn)代的大學生不知怎樣與人相處，許多人心智不成熟，關于人際交往的觀念也不穩(wěn)定，面對復雜的人際關系容易產(chǎn)生困惑，有的盡可能地減少與人交往，有的干脆就將自己封閉起來不與人交往。針對大學生人際交往中出現(xiàn)的這些困惑問題、思想問題,如何從思想政治教育的角度進行有效的教育，是思想政治教育工作中的重要課題。 本文立從思想政治教育的角度出發(fā)，借鑒心理學、社會學、等學科的研究成果，采用理論分析和實證研究相結合的方法，運用文獻法、訪問法和問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法對于當代大學生人際交往的現(xiàn)狀和突出的特點，系統(tǒng)分析了大學生交往中容易出現(xiàn)的障礙的和成因，從思想政治教育的視角下探討大學生關于人際交往中調(diào)適障礙的原則、內(nèi)容和途徑，以期引導和幫助大學生克服交往障礙，促進大學生身心健康向著有利于人際交往的方向發(fā)展，增強大學生的人際交往能力，實現(xiàn)其自身的全面發(fā)展。 本論文對于大學生人際交往重點探討了以下幾個方面的問題：第一，人際交往與思想政治教育的關系，對于人際交往的概念、對于大學生的重要性以及相關的理論進行探討；第二，根據(jù)對大學生關于人際交往的調(diào)查問卷進行分析；第三，探討大學生人際交往中的瓶頸與表現(xiàn)；第四，尋找出大學生在人際交往中的出現(xiàn)瓶頸的原因；第五，根據(jù)思想政治教育原理提出引導大學生正確進行人際交往的對策。本論文試圖通過對大學生人際交往問題的探討，使大學生建立適應新型社會的人際交往關系。在構建和諧社會的大背景下,建設良好的人際關系,營造良好的人際環(huán)境。通過思想政治教育,提高大學生的心理素質,培養(yǎng)大學生積極的交往意識與愿望,加強交往觀念,交往技巧教育,不斷調(diào)適人際關系,學會自我教育。
[Abstract]:For contemporary young people, interpersonal communication is very important in both work and life, especially in the rapid development of modern society, which requires that the relationship between people should be tacit understanding and relative independence.But as far as college students are concerned, because more than 80% of them are only children, they have natural deficiencies, lack of experience in sibling relations, and lack of competition between brothers and sisters.In particular, as a result of the traditional concept of Chinese society, many parents are too much for their children to take on something they should not, and many contacts are carried out by their parents, so that modern college students do not know how to get along with others.Many people are mentally immature and the concept of interpersonal communication is unstable. In the face of complex interpersonal relationships, some people tend to get confused, some try their best to reduce their communication with others, others simply close themselves up and do not interact with others.How to carry out effective education from the angle of ideological and political education is an important subject in ideological and political education.From the point of view of ideological and political education, using the research results of psychology, sociology, and other disciplines for reference, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical research, and applies the method of literature.The present situation and prominent characteristics of contemporary college students' interpersonal communication are analyzed by the methods of interview and questionnaire, and the obstacles and causes are systematically analyzed.From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper probes into the principles, contents and approaches of college students' adjustment obstacles in interpersonal communication, in order to guide and help them to overcome them.To promote the physical and mental health of college students towards the direction conducive to interpersonal communication, to enhance the interpersonal skills of college students, to achieve their own overall development.This thesis focuses on the following aspects of college students' interpersonal communication: first, the relationship between interpersonal communication and ideological and political education, the concept of interpersonal communication, the importance to college students and related theories;Second, according to the questionnaire analysis of college students on interpersonal communication; third, explore the bottleneck and performance of college students in interpersonal communication; fourth, find out the reasons for the bottleneck of college students in interpersonal communication; fifth,According to the principle of ideological and political education, the author puts forward the countermeasures to guide college students to carry out interpersonal communication correctly.This paper attempts to establish the interpersonal relationship of college students to adapt to the new society through the discussion of the interpersonal problems of college students.Under the background of building a harmonious society, we should build a good interpersonal relationship and create a good interpersonal environment.Through ideological and political education, we can improve the psychological quality of college students, cultivate the positive communication consciousness and desire of college students, strengthen communication concept, communication skills education, constantly adjust interpersonal relations, and learn self-education.
