【摘要】：高校文化是大學(xué)的靈魂和血脈，是實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)職能的動力源泉和精神力量。面對高等教育大變革大調(diào)整大發(fā)展帶來的前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，我們必須緊緊圍繞科學(xué)發(fā)展主題，大力倡導(dǎo)“文化興�！�，以大學(xué)文化引領(lǐng)大學(xué)的科學(xué)發(fā)展。尤其隨著時代與社會的進(jìn)步，特色校園文化在人才培養(yǎng)過程中扮演著越來越重要的角色。本文以校園文化為切入點(diǎn)，在校園文化的理論基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)歸納出特色校園文化的特征與功能，在分析我國高校特色校園文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上，同時用實(shí)證研究法分析、總結(jié)、歸納幾所國內(nèi)外高校在特色校園文化建設(shè)中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從而得到啟示，再以大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的四個維度為主線，即“精神文化、物質(zhì)文化、制度文化及行為文化”為切入點(diǎn)對我國特色校園文化發(fā)展提出建議和對策。 本文具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一章對論文的選題背景、研究方法、研究思路進(jìn)行了總綜述，指出論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，同時對相關(guān)的重要概念進(jìn)行了界定。 第二章在分析高校校園文化的特征與功能的基礎(chǔ)上，對特色校園文化的特征與功能做了進(jìn)一步分析，，為后面的研究打下夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 第三章總結(jié)我國高校特色校園文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。 第四章用實(shí)證研究法從高校校園文化的四個維度分析總結(jié)了中西方著名高校特色校園文化的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，通過比較找出兩者之間的差異，并從中得到啟示。 第五章提出了我國高校特色校園文化發(fā)展需要改進(jìn)與完善的建議與對策。
[Abstract]:University culture is the soul and blood of the university and the motive force and spiritual force to realize the function of the university.In the face of the unprecedented opportunities and challenges brought by the great transformation and great development of higher education, we must focus on the theme of scientific development, vigorously advocate "cultural rejuvenation", and lead the scientific development of universities with university culture.Especially with the progress of the times and society, the characteristic campus culture plays a more and more important role in the process of talent training.Based on the theory of campus culture, this paper sums up the characteristics and functions of characteristic campus culture, analyzes the present situation of the construction of characteristic campus culture in colleges and universities in China, at the same time, analyzes and summarizes it with the method of empirical research.This paper sums up the successful experiences of several universities at home and abroad in the construction of characteristic campus culture, and thus obtains enlightenment, and then takes the four dimensions of university cultural construction as the main line, that is, "spiritual culture, material culture,"Institutional culture and behavioral culture are the starting points for the development of campus culture with Chinese characteristics.The details of this paper are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the background, research methods and research ideas of the thesis, points out the innovation of the paper, and defines the relevant important concepts.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and functions of campus culture in colleges and universities, the second chapter makes a further analysis of the characteristics and functions of characteristic campus culture, which lays a solid foundation for the later research.The third chapter summarizes the current situation of the development of campus culture with university characteristics in our country.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the successful experience of the characteristic campus culture of Chinese and western universities from the four dimensions of campus culture by empirical research, and finds out the difference between the two through comparison, and gets inspiration from it.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of characteristic campus culture in colleges and universities in China.
