【摘要】：科研經(jīng)費對研究型大學具有重要意義,不僅給研究型大學帶來可觀的收入,而且?guī)砹藢W術聲譽;同時還保障了研究型大學科研的可持續(xù)性,支撐了研究型大學高水平的研究。從本質上講,科研經(jīng)費是大學從事創(chuàng)新的必要物質基礎,是一個大學創(chuàng)新活力和創(chuàng)新能力的標志,是教師科研活躍度的直接體現(xiàn)。這是世界一流研究型大學追求科研經(jīng)費的內在的深層次動因。
[Abstract]:Research funding is of great significance to research universities, which not only brings considerable income to research universities, but also brings academic reputation, and also guarantees the sustainability of research in research universities and supports the high level research of research universities.In essence, scientific research funding is the necessary material basis for universities to engage in innovation, is a symbol of university innovation vitality and innovation ability, and is the direct embodiment of teachers' scientific research activity.This is the deep motivation of the world-class research universities in pursuing scientific research funds.
