【摘要】：高校后勤社會(huì)化改革的深入,使得傳統(tǒng)的高校公寓管理模式從學(xué)校直接管理向后勤部門(mén)轉(zhuǎn)變。而高校公寓作為大學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)和生活的主要場(chǎng)所,對(duì)大學(xué)生的影響和作用不言而喻。隨著高等教育由精英化向大眾化的轉(zhuǎn)變,高校規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,大學(xué)生數(shù)量不斷增加。高校公寓文化建設(shè)經(jīng)過(guò)幾十年的發(fā)展,取得的可喜的成績(jī),但是也不可避免的暴露出一些新的問(wèn)題。在新形勢(shì)下,如何加強(qiáng)高校公寓文化的育人作用已經(jīng)成為許多高校思想政治教育工作者和眾多學(xué)術(shù)研究的一個(gè)新課題。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從大學(xué)生思想政治教育的角度入手,以對(duì)當(dāng)前高校公寓文化的詳細(xì)調(diào)研作為依據(jù),系統(tǒng)分析了高校公寓文化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題,并闡釋種種現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因,力求找到加強(qiáng)高校公寓文化建設(shè),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的方法和途徑。 本文共四個(gè)部分,具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一部分主要闡述對(duì)高校公寓文化的基本認(rèn)識(shí)。首先從社會(huì)文化、校園文化入手,引出高校公寓文化,并分析高校公寓文化與各種文化之間的關(guān)系。然后在剖析高校公寓文化內(nèi)容,主要有物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化和行為文化四個(gè)組成部分。接著進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明高校公寓文化的特征,以對(duì)高校公寓文化有全面透徹的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解。 第二部分主要是從思想政治教育學(xué)的角度入手,著重分析高校公寓文化與大學(xué)生思想政治教育的關(guān)系,二者是相輔相成,互相作用的。加強(qiáng)高校公寓文化建設(shè)有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育,而大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的開(kāi)展又反過(guò)來(lái)影響公寓文化的建設(shè)。 第三部分筆者做了大量的調(diào)研工作,在事實(shí)依據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,從高校公寓物質(zhì)文化、高校公寓精神文化、高校公寓制度文化、高校公寓行為文化四個(gè)方面入手,分析當(dāng)前高校在公寓文化建設(shè)中的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并分析產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)狀的原因,以期尋求問(wèn)題的解決。 第四部分是本文的重點(diǎn),是在前文的基礎(chǔ)上同時(shí)借鑒外國(guó)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出加強(qiáng)高校公寓文化建設(shè),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的措施。首先,在物質(zhì)文化上,營(yíng)造人性化的公寓物質(zhì)生活環(huán)境；其次,在精神文化上,用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)公寓精神文化建設(shè)；再次,在制度文化上,完善管理體系,將管理和服務(wù)相結(jié)合；最后,在行為文化上,積極探索建立適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下的行為文化。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the socialization reform of university rear service, the traditional management mode of apartment in colleges and universities has changed from the direct management of the school to the logistic department.As the main place of college students' daily study and life, the influence and function of college apartment is self-evident.With the transformation of higher education from elite to popular, the scale of higher education is expanding and the number of college students is increasing.The cultural construction of university apartment has made gratifying achievements after decades of development, but it also inevitably exposes some new problems.Under the new situation, how to strengthen the educational function of apartment culture in colleges and universities has become a new topic for many ideological and political educators in colleges and universities as well as many academic researches.On the basis of previous studies, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the construction of apartment culture in colleges and universities, starting from the angle of ideological and political education of college students, and taking the detailed investigation of apartment culture in colleges and universities as the basis.It also explains the causes of various phenomena and tries to find ways and means to strengthen the cultural construction of apartments and promote ideological and political education of college students.There are four parts in this paper, the specific contents are as follows:The first part mainly elaborates the basic understanding to the university apartment culture.Starting with social culture and campus culture, this paper introduces apartment culture in colleges and universities, and analyzes the relationship between apartment culture and various cultures in colleges and universities.Then, it analyzes the content of college apartment culture, including material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and behavioral culture.Then it further explains the characteristics of apartment culture in colleges and universities in order to have a thorough understanding of apartment culture in colleges and universities.The second part analyzes the relationship between apartment culture and college students' ideological and political education from the angle of ideological and political education.Strengthening the cultural construction of college apartment is beneficial to promote the ideological and political education of college students, and the development of ideological and political education of college students in turn affects the construction of apartment culture.The third part of the author has done a lot of research work, on the basis of facts, from the university apartment material culture, university apartment spirit culture, university apartment system culture, college apartment behavior culture four aspects.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the construction of apartment culture in colleges and universities, and analyzes the causes of the present situation in order to seek solutions to the problems.The fourth part is the focus of this paper, which is based on the previous reference to foreign experience, and puts forward measures to strengthen the cultural construction of university apartment and promote the ideological and political education of college students.First, in the material culture, to create a humanized apartment material living environment; secondly, in the spiritual culture, using the socialist core value system to lead the spiritual and cultural construction of the apartment; thirdly, in the system culture, improve the management system,Finally, in the behavioral culture, we actively explore the establishment of behavioral culture adapted to the network background.
