【摘要】：伴隨閑暇時(shí)代的來(lái)臨，閑暇的價(jià)值和意義也越來(lái)越被人們所認(rèn)識(shí)，它為人們的日常行為提供了更多的選擇機(jī)會(huì)，能夠增進(jìn)和拓展人的活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域和自主性空間，有利于人的自我完善與全面發(fā)展。然而，，閑暇時(shí)間的增多并不等于閑暇的實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)陜西師范大學(xué)、西安交通大學(xué)、西北大學(xué)、西安電子科技大學(xué)、西北工業(yè)大學(xué)、長(zhǎng)安大學(xué)、西安科技大學(xué)7所高校的在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，占有著豐富閑暇時(shí)間的大學(xué)生群體中有相當(dāng)數(shù)量的學(xué)生對(duì)閑暇缺乏正確的認(rèn)識(shí)，表現(xiàn)為閑暇概念的誤讀，閑暇價(jià)值的漠視，閑暇態(tài)度的從眾，閑暇時(shí)間缺乏規(guī)劃及閑暇活動(dòng)層次不高，以上原因影響了他們的生活方式并阻礙了他們的自我發(fā)展。 教育本質(zhì)上是一種培養(yǎng)人的社會(huì)活動(dòng)，通過(guò)提升人的閑暇素質(zhì)來(lái)適應(yīng)當(dāng)前的閑暇生活并有所超越，追求閑暇生活的質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)個(gè)體身心健康發(fā)展和社會(huì)和諧，是閑暇教育的主旨所在，與思想政治教育培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人的教育目標(biāo)具有一致性。基于此，本文首先對(duì)閑暇教育概念進(jìn)行界定，進(jìn)而從思想政治教育視域入手審視關(guān)注閑暇教育的必要性，通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生閑暇的認(rèn)知與行為現(xiàn)狀和原因進(jìn)行剖析，探索思想政治教育視域下改進(jìn)大學(xué)生閑暇教育的思路與對(duì)策。正文主體分為五部分：第一部分是緒論，介紹研究的背景及意義，相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述，研究的思路與方法；第二部分閑暇理論探源；第三部分是大學(xué)生思想政治教育與閑暇教育；第四部分是對(duì)大學(xué)生閑暇認(rèn)知與行為現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查并分析原因；第五部分是針對(duì)大學(xué)生閑暇認(rèn)知中存在的問(wèn)題，探討推進(jìn)閑暇教育實(shí)施的思路與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the advent of leisure time, the value and significance of leisure is more and more recognized by people, it provides more choices for people's daily behavior, and can promote and expand the field of people's activities and autonomous space.Is advantageous to the person's self-perfection and the all-round development.However, the increase of leisure time is not equal to the realization of leisure.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the college students of Shaanxi normal University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwest University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Northwest Polytechnic University, Chang'an University and Xi'an University of Science and Technology.Among the college students who have abundant leisure time, a considerable number of students lack a correct understanding of leisure, which is manifested by the misreading of the concept of leisure, the disregard of leisure value, and the conformity of leisure attitude.The lack of planning of leisure time and the low level of leisure activities affect their way of life and hinder their self-development.In essence, education is a kind of social activity that trains people, adapts and surmounts the current leisure life by improving people's leisure quality, pursues the quality of leisure life, and promotes the development of individual's physical and mental health and social harmony.Leisure education is the gist of leisure education, which is consistent with the goal of ideological and political education.Based on this, this paper first defines the concept of leisure education, then examines the necessity of paying attention to leisure education from the perspective of ideological and political education, and analyzes the present situation and reasons of college students' leisure cognition and behavior.This paper explores the ideas and countermeasures to improve the leisure education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education.The main body is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, the background and significance of the study, the relevant literature review, the research ideas and methods, the second part of the theory of leisure exploration, the third part is the ideological and political education and leisure education of college students;The fourth part is to investigate and analyze the present situation of college students' leisure cognition and behavior, and the fifth part is to discuss the ideas and countermeasures to promote the implementation of leisure education in view of the problems existing in college students' leisure cognition.
