【摘要】：成人高等教育是我國(guó)高等教育體系的重要組成部分，是新時(shí)期培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)“當(dāng)班人”的重要手段。當(dāng)前上海正處于“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展”的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，需要繼續(xù)教育提供強(qiáng)有力的人才支撐。在建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)新形勢(shì)下，面對(duì)不斷變化的辦學(xué)環(huán)境以及普通高等教育招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，上海成人高等教育逐漸暴露出自身的功能定位、管理體制、運(yùn)行和投入機(jī)制以及人員隊(duì)伍等方面發(fā)展滯后的問(wèn)題，生源數(shù)逐年減少，招生工作愈加艱難。正確分析造成目前上海高校成人高等教育生源危機(jī)的主要原因，并據(jù)此提出一些可操作性強(qiáng)的建議已是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文首先闡述了上海高校成人高等教育生源情況的現(xiàn)狀。其次研究了導(dǎo)致成人高等教育生源危機(jī)的根本原因，并以此為切入點(diǎn)做了詳盡的分析。最后詳細(xì)論述了通過(guò)教學(xué)模式的改革、管理制度的建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新、擴(kuò)大辦學(xué)視野、規(guī)范招生宣傳等手段應(yīng)對(duì)成人高校生源危機(jī)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of China's higher education system and an important means of cultivating high quality "shift workers" in the new period.At present, Shanghai is in the critical period of innovation-driven, transformational development, and needs to provide strong talent support for continuing education.Under the new situation of building a learning society, in the face of the constantly changing environment of running a school and the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of ordinary higher education, Shanghai adult higher education has gradually exposed its own function orientation and management system.The development of operation and input mechanism as well as personnel is lagging behind, the number of students decreases year by year, and the recruitment work becomes more difficult.It is urgent to correctly analyze the main causes of the current crisis of adult higher education students in Shanghai and put forward some operable suggestions.This article first elaborated the Shanghai university adult higher education student source situation present situation.Secondly, it studies the root cause of the crisis of adult higher education students, and makes a detailed analysis.In the end, the author discusses in detail the countermeasures to deal with the student resource crisis in adult colleges and universities by means of the reform of teaching mode, the construction and innovation of management system, the expansion of the vision of running a school, the standardization of enrollment propaganda, and so on.
