【摘要】：石河子大學(xué)是與共和國(guó)同齡的一所獨(dú)特的高等學(xué)校，是兵團(tuán)高等教育事業(yè)的結(jié)晶。在歷史進(jìn)程中，石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念受到大學(xué)所處的社會(huì)環(huán)境和自身傳統(tǒng)等多種因素的影響，歷經(jīng)從單一的教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧逃�、科研與服務(wù)為一體的多元化大學(xué)，從兵團(tuán)邊緣走向新疆中心的變遷。大學(xué)是建立在價(jià)值系統(tǒng)和文化之上的組織，兵團(tuán)文化作為兵團(tuán)高校立足的根基，其核心理念兵團(tuán)精神必然對(duì)兵團(tuán)高校的發(fā)展有著特殊的規(guī)范和制約作用。同時(shí)兵團(tuán)精神作為石河子大學(xué)之魂，，支撐著石河子大學(xué)的發(fā)展與壯大。探討兵團(tuán)精神與石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念的關(guān)系，對(duì)我國(guó)地方和西部高校以及兵團(tuán)各級(jí)各類學(xué)校的發(fā)展，乃至當(dāng)前的教育改革有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以辦學(xué)理念與兵團(tuán)精神問(wèn)題為核心，討論的重點(diǎn)是兵團(tuán)精神內(nèi)在價(jià)值取向?qū)κ幼哟髮W(xué)辦學(xué)理念的影響。文章從歷史社會(huì)學(xué)角度通過(guò)石河子大學(xué)發(fā)展的四個(gè)時(shí)期，對(duì)兵團(tuán)屯墾戍邊環(huán)境和兵團(tuán)精神的核心概念進(jìn)行分析與提煉，基于韋伯的卡里斯瑪理論論證兵團(tuán)精神所具有的獨(dú)特性質(zhì)，進(jìn)而彰顯兵團(tuán)精神作用于石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念的影響力。兵團(tuán)精神和大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念都屬于主觀領(lǐng)域的價(jià)值觀念，其影響是微妙、復(fù)雜且難以把握的，雖不如制度因素實(shí)在和明確，但其作用卻是不可忽視的。由于直接探究兵團(tuán)精神與石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念關(guān)系難度較大，所以本文通過(guò)系統(tǒng)比較各時(shí)期兵團(tuán)精神與石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念論證其內(nèi)在一致性，進(jìn)而說(shuō)明其影響程度。 兵團(tuán)精神作為卡里斯瑪觀念，以獨(dú)特的影響方式，從遺傳與環(huán)境、制度與文化、內(nèi)與外影響著石河子大學(xué)辦學(xué)理念的形成與變更。四院校創(chuàng)建時(shí)期，“艱苦奮斗、自力更生”的南泥灣精神和“熱愛祖國(guó)”的革命軍隊(duì)精神是兵團(tuán)精神最鮮明的特征，體現(xiàn)在學(xué)校就是自力更生、艱苦奮斗校風(fēng)的養(yǎng)成和立足兵團(tuán)、服務(wù)新疆的愛國(guó)服務(wù)理念的彰顯；恢復(fù)振興時(shí)期，兵團(tuán)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的改革和屯墾戍邊實(shí)踐重心的轉(zhuǎn)移，賦予兵團(tuán)精神開放包容與改革創(chuàng)新的新內(nèi)涵，體現(xiàn)在學(xué)校就是多層次、多規(guī)格的開放辦學(xué)模式的形成，學(xué)校向教學(xué)、科研與服務(wù)多元化大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變，以開放的理念進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流和訪問(wèn)；在大學(xué)成立時(shí)期，非傳統(tǒng)安全的凸顯要求兵團(tuán)精神與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，發(fā)揮其文化戰(zhàn)略力量，而石河子大學(xué)以其獨(dú)特的辦學(xué)理念，以與兵團(tuán)精神內(nèi)在高度一致的主旋律：服務(wù)與貢獻(xiàn)，將培養(yǎng)維穩(wěn)與戍邊人才為第一要?jiǎng)?wù)，探索出了人才流向新疆的獨(dú)特機(jī)制。如今，石河子大學(xué)處于新跨越式發(fā)展的歷史階段，作為建設(shè)新疆、保衛(wèi)新疆的人才庫(kù)，必須要利用兵團(tuán)精神的文化戰(zhàn)略力量，增強(qiáng)新疆意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的凝聚力，從戰(zhàn)略高度履行非傳統(tǒng)安全新使命，支撐兵團(tuán)發(fā)揮建設(shè)大軍、中流砥柱、銅墻鐵壁作用，是挑戰(zhàn)更是機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:Shihezi University is a unique institution of higher education in the same age as the Republic . It is the crystallization of higher education . In the course of history , the concept of school running in Shihezi university is influenced by various factors , such as social environment and self tradition .

This paper focuses on the idea of school running and the spirit of the regiment , and discusses the influence of the inner value orientation of the regiment spirit on the school running idea of Shihezi University .

The spirit of the regiment is the formation and change of the concept of school running in Shihezi University in the spirit of inheritance and environment , system and culture , inner and outside influences on the formation and change of school - running idea of Shihezi University . The spirit of the revolutionary army of " hard struggle , self - reliance " and " heat - loving motherland " is the most distinctive feature of the regiment spirit .
