【摘要】：近年來,隨著大學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的連年增長(zhǎng),高校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置對(duì)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響愈來愈受到關(guān)注。本研究運(yùn)用高校本科畢業(yè)生調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從不同學(xué)科專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)生所學(xué)專業(yè)與工作的匹配度、不同層次的高校本科畢業(yè)生專業(yè)與工作的匹配度、所學(xué)專業(yè)知識(shí)和技能在工作中的適用程度、畢業(yè)生對(duì)學(xué)科專業(yè)設(shè)置的看法等方面進(jìn)行了分析,并就優(yōu)化高校本科專業(yè)設(shè)置提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of the number of college graduates, the influence of undergraduate specialty setting on graduates' employment has been paid more and more attention.Based on the survey data of college graduates, this study is based on the matching degree between major and work and the matching degree between major and work of undergraduate graduates of different disciplines, and the degree of matching between major and work of undergraduate graduates of different levels.This paper analyzes the degree of application of the specialized knowledge and skills learned in the work, and the views of the graduates on the subject and specialty setting, and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the setting of the undergraduate specialty in colleges and universities.
