【摘要】：我國是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開高素質(zhì)農(nóng)業(yè)人才的儲(chǔ)備,近幾年,隨著我國高等教育的不斷改革,高素質(zhì)、高學(xué)歷的農(nóng)業(yè)教育人才更顯得極為匱乏。如何針對(duì)現(xiàn)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢,進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)業(yè)人才的思想政治覺悟,培養(yǎng)出高學(xué)歷、高素質(zhì)的高等農(nóng)業(yè)教育人才,是推動(dòng)我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文以此為背景,以高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生的思想政治現(xiàn)狀為基本研究內(nèi)容,通過對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生的思想狀況以及影響研究生思想政治教育效果的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行分析,提出適合我國高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生思想政治教育的措施。 通過研究可以看出,一方面,高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生能夠正視目前我國社會(huì)上普遍存在的問題,敢于提出自己的觀點(diǎn),并且對(duì)教育者水準(zhǔn)的要求也在逐步提高；但仍有一部分學(xué)生在人際關(guān)系的處理方面存在一定的問題,研究生的學(xué)習(xí)和就業(yè)壓力較大；另一方面,高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校教師在對(duì)研究生進(jìn)行思想政治教育方面離學(xué)生的要求還存在一定的差距,高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校在教育教學(xué)改革方面需要進(jìn)行大量的工作；此外,目前社會(huì)各方面并沒有給研究生的思想政治教育工作的提供良好的外部環(huán)境,無論是社會(huì)環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境還是網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境都存在一定的問題。本人認(rèn)為,造成高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生思想政治教育過程中問題的出現(xiàn)的原因是多方面的,城鄉(xiāng)之間差距的進(jìn)一步加大、國家對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)教育投資力度不夠、農(nóng)業(yè)人才得不到重視等都是造成這些問題出現(xiàn)的原因。針對(duì)這些問題,本人提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施,為高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校研究生思想政治教育活動(dòng)的有序進(jìn)行提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big agricultural country, the development of agricultural economy can not be separated from the reserve of high-quality agricultural talents. In recent years, with the continuous reform of higher education in our country, the talents of agricultural education with high quality and high education have become even more scarce.How to improve the ideological and political consciousness of agricultural talents and cultivate high-quality talents of higher agricultural education is the key to promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy in China.Based on this background and taking the ideological and political status of graduate students in agricultural colleges as the basic research content, this paper analyzes the ideological status of graduate students in agricultural colleges and the factors that affect the effect of the ideological and political education of graduate students.The measures of ideological and political education for graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities in China are put forward.It can be seen from the research that, on the one hand, the graduate students of higher agricultural colleges can face up to the common problems in our society, dare to put forward their own views, and the requirements of the level of educators are also gradually raised;However, there are still some students who have some problems in dealing with their interpersonal relations. On the other hand, there is a great pressure on graduate students to study and obtain employment. On the other hand,There is still a certain gap between the ideological and political education of postgraduates and the requirements of the students. In addition, a great deal of work needs to be done in the reform of education and teaching in higher agricultural colleges and universities.At present, all aspects of society do not provide a good external environment for the ideological and political education of graduate students. There are some problems in the social environment, school environment, family environment and network environment.In my opinion, there are many reasons for the problems in the process of ideological and political education for graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities. The gap between urban and rural areas is further widened, and the state does not invest enough in agricultural education.These problems are caused by the lack of attention to agricultural talents.In view of these problems, I have put forward the corresponding solutions, and put forward the corresponding solutions for the orderly conduct of the ideological and political education activities of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities.
