【摘要】：研討式教學法在任職教育中的使用程度越來越高,但實施效果卻并不盡如人意,出現(xiàn)了學員參與程度不高、教員教學設計不合理等問題,極大的影響了教學質(zhì)量。為了在任職教育中成功實施研討式教學法,應將教學設計、課程導入、研討組織以及課堂總結(jié)四個方面有結(jié)合起來,科學確立研討時機、研討問題、研討范圍、研討方式以及研討數(shù)量。
[Abstract]:The application of deliberative teaching method in post education is more and more high, but the effect of implementation is not satisfactory. The problems such as the low level of students' participation and the unreasonable teaching design of teachers have greatly affected the quality of teaching.In order to carry out the discussion teaching method successfully in the service education, we should combine the teaching design, the curriculum introduction, the research organization and the classroom summary, scientifically establishes the discussion opportunity, the discussion question, the research scope,The mode and quantity of discussion.
