【摘要】：當前輔導員隊伍建設(shè)存在諸如重視程度不夠、角色定位比較模糊、隊伍配備不齊、缺乏穩(wěn)定性、專業(yè)化程度有待提高等問題。為此,要進一步提高對輔導員隊伍建設(shè)重要性的認識,明確輔導員的角色定位和崗位職責,科學構(gòu)建輔導員隊伍職業(yè)化培訓機制,提高輔導員的專業(yè)化水平。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the construction of counselors' team, such as insufficient attention, vague role orientation, uneven troop configuration, lack of stability, and the degree of specialization needs to be improved.Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the understanding of the importance of counselors' team construction, clarify the role orientation and post responsibility of counselors, scientifically construct the professional training mechanism of counselors, and improve the professional level of counselors.
