【摘要】：當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)存在諸如重視程度不夠、角色定位比較模糊、隊伍配備不齊、缺乏穩(wěn)定性、專業(yè)化程度有待提高等問題。為此,要進(jìn)一步提高對輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)重要性的認(rèn)識,明確輔導(dǎo)員的角色定位和崗位職責(zé),科學(xué)構(gòu)建輔導(dǎo)員隊伍職業(yè)化培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,提高輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)化水平。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the construction of counselors' team, such as insufficient attention, vague role orientation, uneven troop configuration, lack of stability, and the degree of specialization needs to be improved.Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the understanding of the importance of counselors' team construction, clarify the role orientation and post responsibility of counselors, scientifically construct the professional training mechanism of counselors, and improve the professional level of counselors.
