【摘要】：工業(yè)界企業(yè)雇主是工程教育重要的利益相關(guān)者之一。運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法研究我國(guó)20家企業(yè)雇主對(duì)工科畢業(yè)生能力的評(píng)價(jià)與期望、對(duì)工程實(shí)踐的認(rèn)知與理解、對(duì)課程改革的意見與建議。232份有效問卷的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)企業(yè)雇主對(duì)工程教育課程改革的訴求點(diǎn)在于:工程教育課程需要回歸工程實(shí)踐、課程需面向"整體型"工程實(shí)踐、畢業(yè)生的非技術(shù)能力與技術(shù)能力培養(yǎng)同等重要。反思我國(guó)工程教育課程的問題,提出四條課程改革建議:更新課程理念、重建課程目標(biāo)、重組課程內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。該研究可為我國(guó)高校正在實(shí)施的"卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃"的課程改革提供來自工業(yè)界的觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Industrial employers are one of the most important stakeholders in engineering education.This paper studies the evaluation and expectation of engineering graduates' ability, the cognition and understanding of engineering practice, the opinions and suggestions of curriculum reform, and the statistical results of 232 valid questionnaires in 20 enterprises in China.The demand of Chinese enterprise employers for engineering education curriculum reform lies in: engineering education curriculum needs to return to engineering practice, curriculum should be oriented to "holistic" engineering practice, and graduate's non-technical ability and technical ability training are equally important.This paper reflects on the problems of engineering education curriculum in China, and puts forward four suggestions for curriculum reform: the concept of new curriculum, the reconstruction of curriculum objectives, the reorganization of curriculum contents, and the design of learning experience.This research can provide the view from industry for the curriculum reform of "excellent engineer Education training Program" being carried out in colleges and universities in China.
