【摘要】:誠(chéng)信作為中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德在我國(guó)歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng),從古至今一直被視為一個(gè)人的立世之本。從古代儒家孔子的“人而無(wú)信,不知其可”,到近代張謇先生所題“忠實(shí)不欺,力求精進(jìn)”的校訓(xùn),再到現(xiàn)代陶行知的“千教萬(wàn)教,教人求真”,這些教育家們承前啟后,把“誠(chéng)信”思想作為道德的重要內(nèi)容用自己的言行影響著后人,并且將“誠(chéng)信就業(yè)教育”擺在了促進(jìn)國(guó)家發(fā)展的突出位置。 在當(dāng)今社會(huì),“誠(chéng)信就業(yè)教育”更是成為了被廣為關(guān)注的道德傳統(tǒng),從個(gè)人的行為到集體的意志,其中講誠(chéng)信都是必不可少的,唯有誠(chéng)信才能取信于人,才能獲得他人的肯定和認(rèn)可。隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,高校的不斷擴(kuò)招,使得畢業(yè)生供大于求,就業(yè)市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)性飽和,社會(huì)就業(yè)壓力不斷擴(kuò)大,大學(xué)生就業(yè)也被融入了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大潮中,優(yōu)勝劣汰的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制同樣制約著這個(gè)沒(méi)有硝煙的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。殘酷的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)實(shí)使一些大學(xué)生迷失了道德方向,為了成功就業(yè)不擇手段,同時(shí)也造成了他們?cè)谛袨樯系恼\(chéng)信缺失,這不僅有損大學(xué)生的形象,影響學(xué)校的社會(huì)聲譽(yù),同時(shí)也無(wú)形中提高了人力資源市場(chǎng)中供需雙方的成本,這不得不引起全社會(huì)的高度重視。 從《開(kāi)創(chuàng)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作新局面》一書(shū)中得出結(jié)論,即便是被認(rèn)為具有較高學(xué)歷、較高素質(zhì)的研究生群體,其在就業(yè)過(guò)程中的所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的誠(chéng)信意識(shí)也令人擔(dān)憂。根據(jù)對(duì)某高校研究生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信度的調(diào)查報(bào)告顯示:“約有百分之三的研究生在考試過(guò)程中有過(guò)作弊行為,至少有1/3的學(xué)生認(rèn)為在求職過(guò)程中,在自己的簡(jiǎn)歷里夸大其詞、避實(shí)就虛以求得一份好的工作是很正常的現(xiàn)象”。顯然,在全社會(huì)大力呼吁求真務(wù)實(shí)的今天,這種精神領(lǐng)域的造假已是令人無(wú)法接受。反映出大學(xué)生在就業(yè)過(guò)程中,誠(chéng)信作為就業(yè)過(guò)程中的道德基準(zhǔn)就成為了全社會(huì)的一大精神準(zhǔn)則。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為文化素質(zhì)較高的社會(huì)群體,作為國(guó)家未來(lái)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量,應(yīng)該起到實(shí)踐誠(chéng)信的表率作用。大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中存在的很多不誠(chéng)信現(xiàn)象對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展高等教育事業(yè)以及社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)都造成了不良影響。因此,培養(yǎng)輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生講誠(chéng)信、懂品德、努力創(chuàng)造和諧的社會(huì)氛圍,把社會(huì)主義榮辱觀發(fā)揚(yáng)光大,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信就業(yè)意識(shí),已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)前就業(yè)導(dǎo)師面臨的緊迫課題。本文通過(guò)深入的調(diào)查研究,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在就業(yè)過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)狀及其形成原因進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)出了如何促進(jìn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信就業(yè)教育的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Honesty, as the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, has a long history in our country, and has been regarded as the foundation of a man's life since ancient times. From the Confucian Confucius of ancient times, "Man has no faith, he does not know what he can do," to the question of "faithfulness and no deceiving" put by Mr. Zhang Jian in modern times, The school motto of striving to be diligent, to the modern Tao Xingzhi's "thousands of teachings, teach people to seek truth," these educationalists carry on the past and the future, regard the thought of "honesty" as an important content of morality, and influence future generations with their own words and deeds. And put "honesty and credit employment education" in the prominent position of promoting national development. In today's society, "honesty and credit employment education" has become a moral tradition that has been widely concerned. From individual behavior to collective will, honesty is essential, and only good faith can be trusted by people. With the continuous development of society and the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the supply of graduates exceeds the demand, the job market is structurally saturated, and the pressure on social employment continues to grow. The employment of college students has also been integrated into the tide of market economy. The competitive mechanism of survival of the fittest also restricts this battlefield without smoke. The cruel reality of competition makes some college students lose their moral orientation and do whatever they can to obtain employment successfully. At the same time, it also caused their lack of integrity in their behavior, which not only damaged the image of college students, affected the social reputation of the school, but also increased the cost of both supply and demand in the human resources market. This has to attract the attention of the whole society. From the book "creating a New situation for the Employment of College graduates", we can draw a conclusion that even the group of graduate students who are considered to have higher education and higher quality, According to a survey report on the employment integrity of graduate students in a certain university, "about 3% of the graduate students have cheated during the examination. As a social group with high cultural quality, contemporary college students are the leading force in the future development of the country. Many dishonesty phenomena existing in the process of college students' employment have had a negative impact on the development of higher education and socialist modernization in our country. Cultivate and coach students to stress honesty, understand moral character, strive to create a harmonious social atmosphere, carry forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and strengthen college students' sense of honesty and employment. It has become an urgent task for current employment mentors. Through in-depth investigation and research, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of contemporary college students' performance in the process of employment and the reasons for their formation. Combined with practical work experience, this paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the honesty and credit employment education of contemporary college students.
