【摘要】：就業(yè)能力具有行業(yè)特性。從地學(xué)領(lǐng)域用人單位需求出發(fā),構(gòu)建地學(xué)領(lǐng)域碩士研究生就業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu),并對比分析碩士研究生就業(yè)能力現(xiàn)狀,針對問題及不足,從夯實地學(xué)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識、切實完善野外實踐環(huán)節(jié)、加強實驗室能力培養(yǎng)等幾方面,提出提高地學(xué)領(lǐng)域碩士研究生就業(yè)能力的建議。
[Abstract]:The employment ability has the profession characteristic. Proceeding from the demand of the employing unit in the field of geoscience, this paper constructs the structure of the employment ability of the graduate student in the field of geoscience, and compares and analyzes the present situation of the employment ability of the graduate student, aiming at the problems and shortcomings. In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment ability of graduate students in the field of geoscience from such aspects as ramming the basic knowledge of the major of geoscience, perfecting the practical links in the field of field, and strengthening the cultivation of laboratory ability.
