【摘要】：基層學(xué)術(shù)組織是大學(xué)這一組織履行其學(xué)術(shù)職能的核心,是大學(xué)運行體系的重要環(huán)節(jié),是大學(xué)的基本組成單位。通過對大學(xué)基層學(xué)術(shù)組織歷史演變及我國現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)基層學(xué)術(shù)組織的分析,結(jié)合蘭州大學(xué)的探索和實踐,提出基于建設(shè)研究型大學(xué)的基層學(xué)術(shù)組織的改革模式。
[Abstract]:Grass-roots academic organizations are the core of universities to perform their academic functions and an important link in the operational system of universities. Is the basic unit of the university. Through the analysis of the historical evolution of the basic academic organization of the university and the analysis of the present stage of our country, combining with the exploration and practice of Lanzhou University, The reform model of basic academic organization based on the construction of research universities is put forward.
