【摘要】：正自我國(guó)高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化階段以來(lái),大學(xué)生就業(yè)難表現(xiàn)出一種長(zhǎng)期性和持續(xù)性的態(tài)勢(shì);更為值得關(guān)注的是,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難是在近年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展背景下產(chǎn)生的。究其原因,雖然與我國(guó)高等教育規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大有很大關(guān)系,但更與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的吸納能力偏低密切相關(guān)。與此同時(shí),席卷全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),以及新一輪的產(chǎn)業(yè)資源在全球范圍內(nèi)的優(yōu)化配置和戰(zhàn)略性重組,促使我國(guó)必須通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整來(lái)達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。這就必然對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生深刻影響:一方面經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型有助于拓展大學(xué)生就業(yè)
[Abstract]:Since China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization, the employment of college students is difficult to show a long-term and sustained situation. The difficulty of obtaining employment for college students is due to the rapid economic development of our country in recent years. Although the reason is very much related to the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in our country, At the same time, the global economic crisis, as well as a new round of industrial resources in the global optimal allocation and strategic restructuring, It is necessary to change the mode of economic development through the adjustment of industrial structure, which will inevitably have a profound impact on the professional structure of talents training in higher education in China: on the one hand, the transformation of economic structure will help to expand the employment of college students.
