同事關(guān)系對(duì)高校教師工作績(jī)效的影響

【摘要】:采用方便抽樣法對(duì)北京四所高校98位外語(yǔ)教師的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),同事關(guān)系可用學(xué)術(shù)關(guān)系和人際關(guān)系兩個(gè)維度測(cè)量。在這兩個(gè)維度的六個(gè)因子中,學(xué)術(shù)合作對(duì)象、學(xué)術(shù)合作內(nèi)容和人際交往能力對(duì)工作績(jī)效有積極影響,但人際交往對(duì)象、人際交往內(nèi)容和學(xué)術(shù)合作能力有消極影響。這些影響與教師的信息來(lái)源、學(xué)習(xí)投入和資源分配等因素有密切關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey of 98 foreign language teachers in four universities in Beijing showed that the relationship between colleagues can be measured by two dimensions of academic relationship and interpersonal relationship. Among the six factors of these two dimensions, the object of academic cooperation is the object of academic cooperation. The content of academic cooperation and interpersonal ability have a positive impact on job performance, but interpersonal objects, interpersonal content and academic cooperation ability have a negative impact. Factors such as learning input and resource allocation are closely related.
