民族院校普通本科人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:肩負(fù)培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族人才責(zé)任的民族高等院校是我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,隨著形勢(shì)的發(fā)展和教育的改革,其傳統(tǒng)的人才培養(yǎng)模式存在重知識(shí)、輕能力,重傳承、輕創(chuàng)造,重統(tǒng)一規(guī)范、輕個(gè)性發(fā)展的缺陷,已無(wú)法滿足社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求。改革開放以來,民族院校的辦學(xué)定位發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變,教育目標(biāo)由主要培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族干部轉(zhuǎn)向主要培養(yǎng)少數(shù)民族高級(jí)專業(yè)人才。民族本科院校需要立足國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的發(fā)展變化與國(guó)內(nèi)外高等教育改革,充分發(fā)揮自己的作用,,選擇自己的發(fā)展定位,積極探索少數(shù)民族和民族地區(qū)人才培養(yǎng)路徑和模式;需要更新人才培養(yǎng)理念、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,按照教育規(guī)律和人才成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律,積極探索適應(yīng)二十一世紀(jì)發(fā)展需求的人才培養(yǎng)新途徑,為少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)大的人力支撐。本選題的研究對(duì)于民族院校促進(jìn)教學(xué)工作、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,將具有非常積極的作用和意義。民族院校普通本科人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究,不僅體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家“中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要”對(duì)提高高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的精神,而且從理論研究上進(jìn)一步提升和完善民族院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)模式,更進(jìn)一步為民族院校教學(xué)模式的改革與創(chuàng)新提供具體的實(shí)踐方案和具有可操作性的實(shí)施策略民族院校普通本科人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究,不僅是提高民族院校普通本科教育質(zhì)量的需要,是民族高等院校普通本科教育凝煉特色的需要;而且是民族院校普通本科教育健全學(xué)生人格的需要,是民族院校普通本科人才培養(yǎng)定位的需要。民族本科院校擔(dān)負(fù)著為少數(shù)民族和民族地區(qū)如何培養(yǎng)合格人才、培養(yǎng)什么樣的人才的重任。選題就是通過共性與個(gè)性的研究,總結(jié)出適合民族本科院校人才培養(yǎng)定位的模式和方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of the situation and the reform of education, the traditional talent training mode of colleges and universities with the responsibility of cultivating ethnic minorities is an important part of higher education in our country. With the development of the situation, the traditional talent training mode emphasizes knowledge, neglects ability, attaches importance to inheritance, and neglects creation. The deficiency of emphasizing standardization and neglecting the development of personality can no longer meet the needs of the society for talents. Since the reform and opening up, the orientation of running schools for ethnic minorities has changed. The goal of education has changed from training ethnic minority cadres to mainly cultivating senior professionals of minority nationalities. Colleges and universities for ethnic minorities need to base themselves on the development and changes of the international and domestic situation and the reform of higher education at home and abroad, so as to give full play to their own role. Choose their own development orientation, actively explore the path and mode of personnel training in minority and ethnic areas, need to update the concept of talent training, innovation talent training model, in accordance with the law of education and the law of talent growth, In 21th century, we actively explore new ways to train talents to meet the needs of development in 21th century, and provide strong human support for the development of ethnic minority areas. The research on this topic will promote teaching work and improve teaching quality in ethnic colleges and universities. The research on the training mode of ordinary undergraduate students in national colleges and universities not only embodies the spirit of the national "outline of medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan" to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities. Moreover, in terms of theoretical research, the teaching quality and personnel training mode of national colleges and universities are further improved and perfected. Furthermore, it provides a concrete practical plan for the reform and innovation of teaching mode in national colleges and universities, and a study on the training mode of ordinary undergraduate talents in national colleges and universities. It is not only the need to improve the quality of ordinary undergraduate education in national colleges and universities, but also the need to refine the characteristics of ordinary undergraduate education in universities for nationalities, as well as the need to improve the personality of students in the general undergraduate education of national colleges and universities. It is the need for the training and orientation of ordinary undergraduate talents in ethnic colleges and universities. The universities for nationalities shoulder the important task of how to train qualified talents and what kind of talents to train for ethnic minorities and ethnic regions. The topic of this paper is through the research of commonness and individuality. This paper sums up the mode and method of personnel training and positioning suitable for national undergraduate colleges and universities.
