高校德育工作中的隱性教育研究

【摘要】:高校德育是高校工作的重要組成部分,它的有效性直接影響著學(xué)生的道德修養(yǎng)和全面素質(zhì)的提高,所以,著重提高高校德育的有效性就尤為重要。高校德育工作中的隱性教育研究為德育工作的開展開辟了一條新的途徑,它并不是否定傳統(tǒng)的顯性教育模式,而是與顯性教育相結(jié)合,彌補(bǔ)顯性教育存在的不足,而成為顯性教育的重要補(bǔ)充,以此來擴(kuò)大德育工作的空間,提高德育的有效性。本文主要分為五部分,第一部分即導(dǎo)論,主要研究隱性教育的研究背景及意義,分析了國內(nèi)外隱性教育的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究成果及存在的問題,以此來尋求解決問題的方法。第二部分是相關(guān)概念闡述,從最基礎(chǔ)的概念出發(fā),先準(zhǔn)確把握隱性教育的相關(guān)概念,了解其本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,分析它的基本特征及研究它的重要意義,說明我們實(shí)施隱性教育的可能性和必要性。第三部分是分析高校德育的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,逐步剖析存在這種現(xiàn)狀的原因,以尋求解決問題的辦法,那就是在德育工作中實(shí)施隱性教育,開拓德育工作新視角。第四部分是解決問題的理論支持,邁克爾·波蘭尼的“緘默知識(shí)”理論、羅伯的“內(nèi)隱學(xué)習(xí)”理論及杜威的“附帶學(xué)習(xí)”理論都為我們實(shí)施隱性教育提供心理學(xué)和社會(huì)學(xué)上的內(nèi)在支持,在理論邏輯上為實(shí)施隱性教育提供了依據(jù)。第五部分是圍繞如何實(shí)施隱性教育展開論述,分別從豐富德育的工作方式,,培育良好的校園文化環(huán)境、教育實(shí)踐層面及其教育資源層面著手,展開論述隱性教育的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,即幫助解決德育所存在的問題,以此提高德育的有效性,實(shí)現(xiàn)德育目的,全面提高學(xué)生的素質(zhì)。這是一種新的德育方式,它以潛移默化、潤物無聲的方式熏陶、感染著學(xué)生,對于“90后”這個(gè)特殊群體來說,這種教育的方式更適合他們的個(gè)性特征,有助于我們教育方式的實(shí)施,達(dá)到教育效果,不過,這種教育方式的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚不足,仍舊需要我們在實(shí)踐中去探索,去總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),來尋求更好的教育方式。
[Abstract]:College moral education is an important part of the work, its effectiveness directly influences students' Moral Cultivation and improve the overall quality, therefore, focus on improving the effectiveness of college moral education is particularly important. The research of implicit education in University's moral education for the moral education work opens up a new way, it is not deny the traditional dominant education mode, but combined with explicit education, to make up for lack of explicit education exists, and become an important supplement to the dominant education, in order to expand the space of moral education, improve the effectiveness of moral education. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction. The research background and significance of the main research on recessive education the research status of recessive education, research achievements and existing problems, in order to find a solution to the problem. The second part is the explanation of the related concepts, from the most basic The concept, to accurately grasp the concept of implicit education, understand the essence, connotation, analysis of its basic characteristics and significance of research on it, we illustrate the possibility and necessity of the implementation of recessive education. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of moral education in Colleges and universities and the existing problems, reasons of existing step by step analysis of the status quo, to find a solution to the problem, that is the implementation of recessive education in moral education, explore new perspective of moral education. The fourth part is the theory support to solve the problem, Michael Polan, the "tacit knowledge" theory, Robert "implicit learning theory" and Dewey's "incidental learning" theory for our implementation of Recessive Education Study on the social psychology and internal support, in theory provides the basis for the implementation of recessive education. The fifth part is about how to implement the expansion of recessive education, respectively. From the rich moral education work, cultivate a good environment of campus culture, education practice and education resources to start level, this paper discusses the way to construct the implicit education, which helps to solve the existing problems of moral education, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education, realize the goal of moral education, improve the quality of students. This is a kind of new moral education it means, in a subtle influence, silent, infected students, for the "90" of this special group, this form of education is more suitable for their personality traits, the implementation will help us education mode, achieve the effect of education, however, experience this kind of education is still insufficient, still need to we are going to explore in practice, to sum up experience, to seek a better way of education.
