基于博弈論的女大學生宿舍人際關系問題研究

【摘要】:女生宿舍人際關系是她們?nèi)穗H關系的重要組成部分,也有著不同于男生人際關系的特點。不良的宿舍人際關系危害著女生身心健康、干擾正常工作和學習、阻礙她們?nèi)烁癜l(fā)展,甚至會影響到她們將來的職業(yè)生涯。尤其是師范類高校的女生數(shù)量較多,女生宿舍人際關系更不容忽視。和諧的宿舍人際關系是大學生生活的基礎,構建和諧宿舍人際關系對于我們促進學生發(fā)展和開展高校工作都有重大意義。 本研究對華中師范本科女生進行訪談調(diào)查,調(diào)查結果顯示該校女生宿舍人際關系總體狀況良好,但是仍存在以下人際問題:價值觀差異問題、小團體問題、生活瑣事問題、宿舍成員間的不良競爭問題、“冷暴力”問題、感情疏遠問題等等。 站在博弈論視角分析,人際關系問題的產(chǎn)生都是源于利益沖突。利益存在對立與不對立兩種情況,基于利益的策略選擇有合作與不合作兩種可能,這樣就形成了基于利益的四種博弈模式,并產(chǎn)生了四種博弈結果:共贏型、雙輸型、零和型與不相干型,其中“雙輸型”和“零和型”歸屬于“非合作博弈”,“共贏型”歸屬于“合作型博弈”。本文著力分析了造成雙輸型和零和型博弈的內(nèi)在因素。女生宿舍人際關系問題就是因為她們不知道怎樣面對矛盾并智慧地解決利益矛盾,不能實現(xiàn)從“非合作型博弈”向“合作型博弈”轉(zhuǎn)變以最終到達“共贏”。具體歸因就是:利益觀與價值觀的相對論、女生不良的心理因素、女生不良的個人行為習慣、女生宿舍成員之間信息交流不暢、宿舍管理制度不完善。 由此可以提出基于“合作博弈”建構和諧女生宿舍人際關系的建議和策略:提升利益與價值觀相對論的認知、加強女生心理輔導并樹立合作意識、培養(yǎng)良好的個人行為習慣、加強女生宿舍成員之間信息交流的通暢、完善宿舍管理制度。唯有如此,才能實現(xiàn)從“非合作型博弈”向“合作型博弈”的轉(zhuǎn)變,從而有助于構建女大學生和諧的宿舍人際關系。
[Abstract]:Female dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important part of their interpersonal relationship, but also different from the characteristics of male interpersonal relationship. Bad dormitory interpersonal relationship endangers girls' physical and mental health, interferes with normal work and study, and hinders their personality development. It will even affect their future career. Especially, there are more female students in normal colleges and universities, and the interpersonal relationship of female dormitory can not be ignored. Harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship is the basis of college students' life. It is of great significance for us to promote the development of students and carry out the work of colleges and universities. This study conducted an interview investigation on female students in Central China normal University. The results show that the overall interpersonal relationship of female students in this school is good, but there are still the following interpersonal problems: value differences, small group issues, life issues, etc. Bad competition among dormitory members, cold violence, emotional alienation and so on. From the point of view of game theory, the problem of interpersonal relationship comes from conflict of interest. There are two kinds of situations in which interest is opposite or not, and the choice of strategy based on interest has two kinds of possibilities: cooperation and non-cooperation. In this way, four game models based on interest are formed, and four kinds of game results are produced: win-win, double-lose, zero-sum and incoherent. Among them, "double lose" and "zero sum" belong to "non-cooperative game", "win-win" belong to "cooperative game". This paper analyzes the internal factors that cause the double-lose and zero-sum game. The problem is that they don't know how to face conflicts and solve conflicts of interest intelligently. Unable to realize the transition from "non-cooperative game" to "cooperative game" in order to finally achieve "win-win". The specific reasons are: the relativity of profit and values, the bad psychological factors of girls, and the bad personal behavior habits of girls. The exchange of information among female dormitory members is not smooth, and the dormitory management system is not perfect. Therefore, some suggestions and strategies are put forward to construct the harmonious interpersonal relationship of girls' dormitory based on "cooperative game": to promote the cognition of the relativity of interests and values, to strengthen the psychological counseling of girls and to establish the consciousness of cooperation, and to cultivate good personal behavior habits. Only by strengthening the flow of information exchange among female dormitory members and perfecting the dormitory management system, can the transformation from "non-cooperative game" to "cooperative game" be realized. Therefore, it helps to build harmonious interpersonal relationship of female college students.
