【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展和高等學(xué)校的不斷擴招,高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的需求和供給都有了較大幅度的提升。然而,高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的有效供給和現(xiàn)實需求的不一致,導(dǎo)致了高等教育人才培養(yǎng)市場供需矛盾的產(chǎn)生。消除高等教育人才培養(yǎng)市場供需矛盾,需要從總體上實施相關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)劃和從具體上采取相應(yīng)對策措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the demand and supply of higher education personnel training have been greatly improved. However, the effective supply of higher education talent training is inconsistent with the actual demand. In order to eliminate the contradiction between supply and demand in higher education talent training market, it is necessary to carry out the relevant design plan and take corresponding countermeasures.
