【摘要】：近年來，在黨和國家相關政策的引導下，我國大學生的就業(yè)難問題稍得到緩解。但是，隨著地方院校就業(yè)制度、就業(yè)政策的轉變以及地方院校的擴招，地方院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢依舊嚴峻。如何更好的解決地方院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題早已不僅僅是地方院校和學生個人的事情，它是涉及到國家、社會、學校、家庭等各方面的一個綜合性、復雜性的系統(tǒng)工程。而要做好地方院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)工作就離不開地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中的思想政治教育，地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中的思想政治教育在畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中具有極其重要的作用和地位。 當前，在就業(yè)過程中，地方院校已經開始重視運用思想政治教育，并已取得顯著成效。但是，受各種因素的影響，目前將思想政治教育與就業(yè)相結合的研究仍處于起步階段�！兜胤皆盒．厴I(yè)生就業(yè)過程中的思想政治教育研究》這一選題，力圖對此進行全面系統(tǒng)的探討，以期望達到提高地方院校畢業(yè)生思想政治教育實效性的目的。 本文從研究對象的特點出發(fā)，詳細闡述了地方院校的特點及其畢業(yè)生的主要特點，論證了本文研究對象的特殊性。在此基礎上，首先調查了地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中的思想政治教育現狀，包括地方院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢，指出地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中思想政治教育面臨的困難和問題，并通過深入分析，找出存在這些問題的原因。然后，根據問題及其原因分析，逐一探索出加強和改進的對策。最后，總結提出了要對地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中思想政治教育的效果進行績效評價，明確了地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中思想政治教育績效評價的內涵及其應遵循的基本原則，構建出科學合理的地方院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)過程中的思想政治教育績效評價體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the guidance of the relevant policies of the Party and the state, the employment problem of Chinese college students has been alleviated slightly. However, with the employment system of local colleges and universities, the change of employment policy and the expansion of enrollment in local colleges and universities, The employment situation of local college graduates is still grim. How to better solve the employment problem of local college graduates has long been not just a matter of local colleges and students, it is related to the country, society, schools, A comprehensive and complex system engineering in the family and other aspects. However, in order to do a good job in the employment of local college graduates, we cannot do without ideological and political education in the process of employment of the graduates of local colleges and universities. Ideological and political education plays an extremely important role in the process of employment. At present, in the process of employment, local colleges and universities have begun to attach importance to the use of ideological and political education, and have achieved remarkable results. However, under the influence of various factors, At present, the study of combining ideological and political education with employment is still in its infancy. In order to achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of local college graduates. Starting from the characteristics of the object of study, this paper elaborates the characteristics of the local colleges and universities and the main characteristics of the graduates, and demonstrates the particularity of the object of this study. First of all, it investigates the current situation of ideological and political education in the process of employment of graduates of local colleges, including the employment situation of graduates of local colleges, and points out the difficulties and problems faced by the ideological and political education in the process of employment of graduates of local colleges and universities. And through in-depth analysis, to find out the reasons for these problems. Then, according to the problem and its causes analysis, one by one to explore the strengthening and improvement countermeasures. In this paper, the author points out that it is necessary to evaluate the effect of ideological and political education in the process of employment of graduates of local colleges and universities, and make clear the connotation of the performance evaluation of ideological and political education in the process of employment of local college graduates and the basic principles to be followed. To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of ideological and political education performance in the process of employment of local college graduates.
