【摘要】:從自組織和他組織角度審視我國(guó)學(xué)位授權(quán)體系發(fā)展過程,認(rèn)為我國(guó)學(xué)位授權(quán)體系的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷著從他組織到自組織的轉(zhuǎn)向,即從以學(xué)位授權(quán)管理部門為主的他組織到以學(xué)位授予單位為主的自組織的轉(zhuǎn)向。這一轉(zhuǎn)向伴隨著學(xué)位管理部門職能的轉(zhuǎn)變,即從計(jì)劃者、審核者轉(zhuǎn)為環(huán)境創(chuàng)建者、問題診療者、矛盾協(xié)調(diào)者和信息服務(wù)者。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of self-organization and other organization, this paper examines the development process of the degree authorization system in China, and points out that the development of the degree authorization system in our country has experienced a shift from other organization to self-organization. That is, the shift from the other organization, which is based on the degree authorization management department, to the self-organization organization based on the degree granting unit. This shift is accompanied by the transformation of the function of the degree management department, that is, from the planner, the reviewer to the environmental creator, the problem diagnosis and treatment person, Conflict coordinator and information server.
