【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人類已經(jīng)步入信息時代,同時產(chǎn)生的各類信息呈幾何級數(shù)倍增,由此帶來了信息爆炸和信息過剩問題。面對如此龐大的信息量,我們能夠通過信息素質(zhì)教育來提升人們對信息的鑒別與應(yīng)用能力。國內(nèi)外對信息素質(zhì)教育不斷的研究與實踐,目前已經(jīng)取得長足的進步,對信息素質(zhì)教育的概念、內(nèi)容以及形式都取得了豐富的理論和一系列成果。 本文在整理、總結(jié)和分析現(xiàn)有文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了信息素質(zhì)與信息素質(zhì)教育的相關(guān)概念,分析了國內(nèi)外高校大學(xué)生的信息素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀,并對制約我國信息素質(zhì)教育的因素進行歸納總結(jié)；通過對美國與澳大利亞具體案例的分析,探討了當前國外高校信息素質(zhì)教育的主要合作模式,得出對我國高校信息素質(zhì)合作教育的啟示。 本文在借鑒國外成功信息素質(zhì)教育合作經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,從教育系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素入手,采取問卷調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場詢問等方式,通過分析、總結(jié)得出建立高校信息素質(zhì)教育的合作模式的必要性,提出了適合我國高校信息素質(zhì)教育的理想合作模式。其中橫向合作模式以高校圖書館作為承擔主體,通過高校圖書館之間、圖書館員與教師之間、圖書館與政府企業(yè)等多方面的合作：在以終身學(xué)習為主要理論依據(jù)的縱向合作模式里,對中小學(xué)與高校圖書館之間的合作進行研究,同時通過各種合作模式對各類學(xué)生和其他社會人員進行信息素質(zhì)教育,以實現(xiàn)終身教育的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, mankind has entered the information age, and all kinds of information produced at the same time have multiplied in geometric order, which has brought about the problem of information explosion and information surplus. We can improve people's ability to identify and apply information through information literacy education. The research and practice of information literacy education at home and abroad have made great progress, the concept of information literacy education, Content and form have made a wealth of theory and a series of results. On the basis of sorting out, summarizing and analyzing the existing literature, this paper discusses the related concepts of information literacy and information literacy education, and analyzes the present situation of information literacy education of college students at home and abroad. By analyzing the specific cases of the United States and Australia, this paper probes into the main cooperation modes of information literacy education in foreign universities and colleges, and summarizes the factors that restrict the information literacy education in our country, and analyzes the specific cases of the United States and Australia. The enlightenment to the cooperative education of information literacy in colleges and universities of our country is obtained. Based on the experience of successful foreign cooperation in information literacy education, this paper starts with the elements of the education system, adopts questionnaire survey, field inquiry and so on, through the analysis. This paper summarizes the necessity of establishing the cooperative mode of information literacy education in colleges and universities, and puts forward the ideal cooperation mode suitable for the information literacy education in colleges and universities in our country, in which the lateral cooperation mode takes the university library as the main undertaking. Through the cooperation between university libraries, librarians and teachers, libraries and government enterprises, and so on: in the vertical cooperation mode based on lifelong learning, This paper studies the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and university libraries, and carries out information literacy education for all kinds of students and other social personnel through various modes of cooperation, in order to achieve the purpose of lifelong education.
