交叉學(xué)科視野下的高校德育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:高校德育是高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的重要任務(wù)。在不同學(xué)科交叉融合成為學(xué)科發(fā)展創(chuàng)新不可阻擋的時(shí)代潮流下,為了更好地適應(yīng)德育面臨的新形勢(shì)、新情況、新問(wèn)題,廣大德育工作者需要主動(dòng)改變思維模式,從多學(xué)科、交叉學(xué)科視角全面審視、關(guān)照高校德育的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。 德育學(xué)科自身發(fā)展的特性、德育外部環(huán)境的改變、德育對(duì)象的復(fù)雜性以及德育未來(lái)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),使得學(xué)科交叉成為德育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求和動(dòng)力,其在德育研究中的價(jià)值也日漸凸顯。學(xué)科交叉不僅有助于拓展新的研究視角、豐富研究方法,形成新的研究成果,,更有助于打破學(xué)科間的壁壘,促進(jìn)德育與相關(guān)學(xué)科之間的相互滲透與融合,為高校德育的理論實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新尋求新的生長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)和突破口。 但由于從交叉學(xué)科視野探討德育問(wèn)題在我國(guó)起步較晚,研究成果多是以某個(gè)學(xué)科的視角探索德育方法與途徑,還不完全屬于以交叉學(xué)科的視角開(kāi)展德育的發(fā)展研究。同時(shí)由于缺乏多學(xué)科交叉融合的研究視野,我國(guó)高校在德育教學(xué)和研究中,普遍存在著諸如人文性和科學(xué)性偏弱,個(gè)體主體性研究不足,學(xué)科基本理論淡化,實(shí)踐研究欠缺,問(wèn)題意識(shí)和解題能力有待增強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。 基于此,本課題從學(xué)科發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展的雙重背景和趨勢(shì),分析了運(yùn)用交叉學(xué)科視角開(kāi)展德育研究的必要性、緊迫性和可行性,并對(duì)高校德育在交叉學(xué)科視野下更新育人理念、加強(qiáng)學(xué)科體系建設(shè)、豐富德育方法、提升解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題等方面提出了相應(yīng)的思路和方法。同時(shí)從發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的高度,對(duì)高校德育開(kāi)展學(xué)科交叉研究的運(yùn)行機(jī)制、管理體制、人才培養(yǎng)模式等方面提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important part of higher education, undertakes the important task of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism. In the fusion of different disciplines become the subject of innovation and development of the irresistible trend of the times, in order to better adapt to the new situation, the moral education faces new situation and new problems, the moral education workers need to take the initiative change the mode of thinking, from the multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary perspective, innovation and development of care moral education in Colleges and universities.
The characteristics of moral education for their own development, the external environment of moral education moral education change, the complexity of the object and the future development trend of moral education, making interdisciplinary innovation and development of moral education become the inherent demand and power, its moral value in the research are also increasingly prominent. Interdisciplinary not only helps to expand the new research perspective, enrich the research methods. The formation of new research results, more help to break the barriers between disciplines, promote mutual penetration and integration between moral education and related disciplines, to seek new growth point and breakthrough of theory and practice innovation of college moral education.
But because from the interdisciplinary perspective to explore problems of moral education in China started late, the research results is an interdisciplinary perspective to explore methods and ways of moral education, is not entirely belong to carry out research and development of moral education in cross disciplinary perspective. At the same time because of the lack of vision of multi-disciplinary integration, China's colleges and universities in moral education and teaching in the study, such as the existence of common humanity and scientific research is weak, lack of individual subject, the basic theory of desalination discipline, lack of practice research, problem consciousness and problem solving ability needs to be enhanced and so on.
Based on this, this paper from the subject development, the dual background and trend of social development, analyzes the necessity of research on moral education of cross disciplinary perspective, urgency and feasibility, and update the educational concept of moral education in Colleges and universities in the cross disciplinary perspective, strengthen the construction of discipline system, enrich the methods of moral education, and puts forward some ideas and corresponding methods upgrade to solve practical problems. At the same time, from the perspective of development strategy of moral education in Colleges and universities to carry out interdisciplinary research of the operation mechanism, management system, personnel training mode and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
