【摘要】：高�？蒲泄芾砼c創(chuàng)新是推動(dòng)高校發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容和保障,新時(shí)期高校如何尋求科研工作契合點(diǎn),建構(gòu)層次性、適應(yīng)性的科研工作機(jī)制,是促進(jìn)科研管理體制建設(shè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的首要前提。要明確高�？蒲卸ㄎ�,積極轉(zhuǎn)變科研發(fā)展方式,以學(xué)科建設(shè)、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、科研培育、科研支撐保障、科研評(píng)價(jià)等多維體系建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ),全面施行科研發(fā)展規(guī)劃,創(chuàng)新科研管理機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)科研能力建設(shè),以確保并實(shí)現(xiàn)高�？蒲泄ぷ骺沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The management and innovation of scientific research in colleges and universities is the important content and guarantee to promote the development of colleges and universities. It is the first prerequisite to promote the construction of scientific research management system and sustainable development. It is necessary to define the scientific research orientation of colleges and universities, actively change the mode of scientific research development, and support scientific research by discipline construction, team building, scientific research, scientific research cultivation and scientific research support. Based on the construction of multi-dimensional system, such as scientific research evaluation, the comprehensive implementation of scientific research development plan, the innovation of scientific research management mechanism and the strengthening of scientific research capacity construction are aimed at ensuring and realizing the sustainable development of scientific research work in colleges and universities.
