【摘要】：國家的未來在人才,人才的培養(yǎng)靠教育,教育的實(shí)施則在教師。因此,教師的教育和培養(yǎng)不可忽視。教師教育類課程對(duì)中小學(xué)教師的培養(yǎng)起著重要的作用,是提高教師教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在。隨著基礎(chǔ)教育新課程改革以及教師教育改革的不斷深化,高等師范院校教師教育類課程改革也得到國家和社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。 為深化教師教育改革,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化的中小學(xué)師資,高等師范院校教師教育類課程相關(guān)問題值得所有從事教師教育研究工作的專家、學(xué)者們對(duì)其進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的思考,很有必要進(jìn)行研究和探討。本文結(jié)合以往學(xué)者們的研究,在選取三所有代表性的師范院校的教師教育類課程進(jìn)行研究和調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國高等師范院校教師教育類課程存在的問題,指出現(xiàn)行高師教師教育類課程存在的課程結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、課程內(nèi)容陳舊落后、教育實(shí)踐課程薄弱、課程實(shí)施方式單—等突出問題,并對(duì)其存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析：高師教師教育類課程設(shè)置指導(dǎo)思想存在偏差、課程教學(xué)與教育改革缺乏溝通、課程建設(shè)方面教育投入不足、課程資源不能滿足課程實(shí)施要求等。針對(duì)存在的諸多問題,筆者進(jìn)一步探討我國高師教師教育類課程改革的策略,在提出教師教育類課程改革方向的基礎(chǔ)上,從優(yōu)化課程結(jié)構(gòu)、更新課程內(nèi)容、強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐課程、改革課程實(shí)施、豐富課程資源等五個(gè)方面對(duì)高師教師教育類課程改革進(jìn)行了深入的研究。高師教師教育類課程改革的策略是本文的重點(diǎn),也是創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)所在。其中關(guān)于推行雙導(dǎo)師制、開發(fā)教師教育類新課程等建議,較以往學(xué)者的研究來說,是創(chuàng)新之舉,也是本文的特色之處。對(duì)我國高師教師教育類課程改革的研究,不僅具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,同時(shí)也具有理論價(jià)值。這既是順應(yīng)國家教師教育改革、落實(shí)教育規(guī)劃綱要的表現(xiàn),也有助于教師教育改革理論的發(fā)展,有助于高師院校課程理論的深入和完善。 本文圍繞高師教師教育類課程改革問題進(jìn)行探討,為解決當(dāng)前高師教師教育類課程存在的問題提供一些改革意見和建議,旨在為高師教師教育類課程能更好地培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革和教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展需求的合格師資提供參考。
[Abstract]:The future of the country lies in the talents, the cultivation of talents depends on education, and the implementation of education is in the teachers. Therefore, the education and training of teachers should not be ignored. The courses of teacher education play an important role in the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools. It is the key to improve the quality of teacher education. With the reform of the new curriculum of basic education and the deepening of the reform of teacher education, the reform of teacher education in teachers colleges and universities has also been concerned by the state and all walks of life. In order to deepen the reform of teacher education and train teachers of high quality and specialization in primary and secondary schools, the related problems of teacher education courses in normal colleges and universities are worthy of all the experts engaged in the research of teacher education. It is necessary to study and explore. Based on the research of previous scholars, this paper selects three representative teacher education courses to carry out research and investigation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in teacher education courses in teachers' colleges and universities in China, and points out that the existing curriculum structure of teacher education courses in normal universities is unreasonable, the curriculum contents are outdated and backward, and the educational practice courses are weak. The main reasons are as follows: there is a deviation in the guiding ideology of the curriculum setup for teachers in normal universities, there is a lack of communication between the curriculum teaching and the educational reform, and the education investment in the construction of the curriculum is insufficient. Curriculum resources can not meet the requirements of curriculum implementation and so on. In view of the many problems, the author further discusses the strategies of curriculum reform of teachers' education in China. On the basis of proposing the direction of curriculum reform for teachers' education, the author optimizes the curriculum structure. Five aspects of curriculum reform, such as renewing curriculum contents, strengthening practical courses, reforming curriculum implementation and enriching curriculum resources, are studied in depth. The strategies of teacher education curriculum reform in teachers' colleges and universities are the key points of this paper. This is where the innovation lies. Among them, the proposals on the implementation of the double tutorial system and the development of the new curriculum for teacher education are more innovative than previous studies by scholars. It is also the characteristic of this paper. The research on the curriculum reform of teachers' education in our country is not only of practical significance, but also of theoretical value. This is not only the manifestation of conforming to the reform of national teacher education, but also of implementing the outline of education planning. It is also helpful to the development of the theory of teacher education reform and the deepening and perfection of curriculum theory in normal colleges and universities. This paper discusses the reform of teacher education curriculum in normal universities, and provides some suggestions and suggestions for solving the problems existing in teacher education courses in teachers colleges and universities at present. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for teachers' education courses in teachers' colleges and universities to train qualified teachers who can meet the needs of basic education curriculum reform and teachers' professional development.
