【摘要】：隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們的勞動觀念發(fā)生了變化,大學(xué)生的勞動價值取向也呈現(xiàn)出功利化的傾向。受家庭、學(xué)校、社會等環(huán)境的影響,當(dāng)前不少大學(xué)生勞動觀念淡薄,勞動態(tài)度消極,缺乏勞動意識和沒有形成良好的勞動習(xí)慣。面向21世紀(jì)的社會主義合格建設(shè)者人才,不僅要有良好的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和思想道德素質(zhì),而且要有良好的勞動素質(zhì)。加強大學(xué)生勞動觀教育,提高大學(xué)生勞動觀念,促進大學(xué)生德、智、體、美、勞全面發(fā)展,有利于大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的提高,有利于為社會培養(yǎng)合格的接班人。 除導(dǎo)論和結(jié)語外,全文分為四個部分。第一部分,對大學(xué)生勞動觀教育相關(guān)概念進行了界定,并指出了堅持和加強對大學(xué)生進行勞動觀教育的重要性；第二部分,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,在對問卷進行統(tǒng)計和分析數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生勞動觀存在的問題以及原因分析；第三部分,闡述了加強大學(xué)生勞動觀教育的路徑選擇,主要從家庭、學(xué)校、社會合作和借鑒國外經(jīng)驗共同推動勞動觀教育的四方面提出一系列改革大學(xué)生勞動觀教育的對策。第四部分,提出了強化大學(xué)生勞動觀教育的具體策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy, has changed people's concept of labor, labor value orientation of college students also showed a tendency to utilitarianism. By the family, school, social environment, many of the current college students' labor labor concept is weak, negative attitude, lack of awareness of labor and has not formed a good habit of working for the twenty-first Century. Qualified socialist builders of talent, not only have good scientific and cultural quality and moral quality, but also have a good quality of the workforce. Strengthen the concept of labor education of college students, improve students' concept of labor, promote college students' moral, wisdom, body, beauty, all-round development, is conducive to improve the overall quality of students, to cultivate qualified the successor to the society.
In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the related concepts of education of college students and points out the concept of labor, to uphold and strengthen the importance of labor education for college students; the second part, through the questionnaire survey, based on the statistical data and analysis of the questionnaire on the introduction the contemporary university students' view of labor problems and causes analysis; third part, expounds the ways to strengthen the labor education of college students, mainly from the family, school, social cooperation and jointly promote the foreign experience and puts forward a series of Countermeasures of reform of College Students' View of labor education working view education four aspects. The fourth part puts forward the specific the strategy concept of labor education for college students.
