【摘要】：摘要：z大學(xué)后勤作為學(xué)校教學(xué)、科研和師生的生活服務(wù)的支撐保障,其服務(wù)水平、管理能力已成為高校能否擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,提升質(zhì)量的一個重要指標(biāo)。 本文將結(jié)構(gòu)分成六個章節(jié),對Z大學(xué)后勤在社會化改革背景下的集團(tuán)經(jīng)營發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。第一章緒論,介紹了本文的研究背景和目的,并通過國內(nèi)外高校后勤管理的比較分析,總結(jié)出我國目前高校后勤經(jīng)營中值得借鑒的管理啟示。第二章理論實(shí)踐分析,通過對后勤社會化改革的過程和三大矛盾分析,得出后勤經(jīng)營發(fā)展遇到的“瓶頸”,并介紹了制定后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營策略的理論構(gòu)建過程。第三章全面分析了Z大學(xué)后勤集團(tuán)的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,并找出Z大學(xué)后勤集團(tuán)遇到了經(jīng)營發(fā)展問題。第四章運(yùn)用SWOT分析,從Z大學(xué)的后勤服務(wù)環(huán)境分析入手,先后分析了內(nèi)部人力、物力、經(jīng)營能力等的優(yōu)勢和劣勢以及面對外部環(huán)境賦予后勤集團(tuán)發(fā)展的機(jī)會和威脅,設(shè)計(jì)出Z大學(xué)后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營策略和評價體系。第五章以后勤物業(yè)實(shí)體為例進(jìn)行了經(jīng)營管理的應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)舉例論證。第六章介紹了促進(jìn)后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營發(fā)展的配套政策。 本文的研究重點(diǎn)是：設(shè)計(jì)出了Z大學(xué)后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營發(fā)展目標(biāo)框架以及根據(jù)Z大學(xué)后勤市場的需求實(shí)施的規(guī)模化、低成本、推后勤品牌項(xiàng)目等經(jīng)營策略。并運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡相關(guān)評價指標(biāo)結(jié)合高校后勤的教育特性,設(shè)計(jì)出了Z大學(xué)后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營管理績效評標(biāo)指標(biāo)體系,充分體現(xiàn)了高校后勤要滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)利益并兼顧社會效益的發(fā)展趨勢。并以Z大學(xué)后勤物業(yè)實(shí)體經(jīng)營發(fā)展策略設(shè)計(jì)為例,進(jìn)行了實(shí)例實(shí)踐分析。 本文創(chuàng)新之處是：為Z大學(xué)的后勤集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)出了經(jīng)營發(fā)展的目標(biāo)和策略,同時利用平衡計(jì)分卡相關(guān)知識創(chuàng)建了后勤集團(tuán)經(jīng)營業(yè)績評價體系,使得高校后勤的社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益能夠平衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the support and guarantee of teaching, scientific research and the life service of teachers and students, the service level and management ability of the rear service of the University of: z has become an important indicator of whether the university can expand its scale and improve its quality. This paper divides the structure into six chapters and studies the development of group management in the background of socialization reform in the logistics of Z University. Chapter one is introduction, which introduces the research background and purpose of this paper. Through the comparative analysis of logistics management in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the author summarizes the inspiration of management in the logistics management of colleges and universities in our country. Chapter two, theoretical and practical analysis, through the analysis of the process and three contradictions of the reform of logistics socialization, The "bottleneck" encountered in the development of logistics management is obtained, and the theoretical construction process of formulating the management strategy of logistics group is introduced. The third chapter comprehensively analyzes the current management situation of logistics group in Z University. And find out that Z University Logistics Group encountered the problem of business development. Chapter 4th uses SWOT analysis, starting with the analysis of the logistics service environment of Z University, analyzes the internal manpower and material resources successively. The strengths and weaknesses of the business capabilities, and the opportunities and threats to the development of the logistics group in the face of the external environment, This paper designs the management strategy and evaluation system of the logistics group of Z University. Chapter 5th takes the logistics property entity as an example to demonstrate the application design of the management and management. Chapter 6th introduces the supporting policies to promote the development of the logistics group. The research focus of this paper is: design the framework of Z university logistics group management and development goals and implement the scale and low cost according to the demand of Z university logistics market. Using the relevant evaluation index of balanced Scorecard combined with the educational characteristics of university logistics, the paper designs the performance evaluation index system of Z University Logistics Group. This paper fully reflects the development trend of university logistics to satisfy economic interests and social benefits, and takes Z University logistics property entity management and development strategy design as an example to carry out practical analysis. The innovation of this paper is that the objectives and strategies of business development are designed for the logistics group of Z University, and at the same time, the management performance evaluation system of the logistics group is established by using the relevant knowledge of the balanced Scorecard. So that the social and economic benefits of university logistics can be balanced development.
