【摘要】：伴隨著當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的不斷需求，志愿服務(wù)這一符合當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的活動(dòng)，正在全國(guó)廣泛而又迅速的開(kāi)展起來(lái)。志愿精神是志愿服務(wù)的內(nèi)在精神動(dòng)力，蘊(yùn)含著“奉獻(xiàn)、友愛(ài)、互助、進(jìn)步”的核心價(jià)值：其中，“奉獻(xiàn)”是志愿精神的德性品質(zhì)；“友愛(ài)、互助”是志愿精神的道德原則；而志愿精神的價(jià)值目的，是不斷促進(jìn)全社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。志愿精神不僅可以有效的推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的構(gòu)建，營(yíng)造和諧的社會(huì)主義環(huán)境，促進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)的道德建設(shè)，還可以彌補(bǔ)由于政府和市場(chǎng)制度所帶來(lái)的制度缺陷。作為我國(guó)志愿服務(wù)主力軍的大學(xué)生，如果不能充分理解志愿精神的深刻內(nèi)涵，勢(shì)必會(huì)影響志愿精神在我國(guó)大學(xué)生中的培育和弘揚(yáng)，，會(huì)影響到社會(huì)主義合格接班人的培養(yǎng)，影響到和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。 中華民族在長(zhǎng)期的革命斗爭(zhēng)中創(chuàng)造的紅色資源，不僅是我國(guó)革命勝利的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力，也是我國(guó)優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和思想精神的重要源頭，和志愿精神有著密切的理論淵源。所以，利用紅色資源培育大學(xué)生志愿精神不僅是時(shí)代的召喚，對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)也具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文運(yùn)用了比較研究法、文獻(xiàn)分析法以及和理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等方法對(duì)志愿精神的培育進(jìn)行了研究，對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生志愿精神的培育進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而全面的的探索：論文首先是闡述了志愿精神和紅色資源的概念、特征和功能，得出了志愿精神和紅色資源的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系；其次，通過(guò)研究志愿精神的理論淵源和理論基礎(chǔ)，得出了大學(xué)生志愿精神培育的必要性；再次，通過(guò)研究分析大學(xué)生志愿精神培育的現(xiàn)狀及其原因，探索和構(gòu)建開(kāi)發(fā)利用紅色資源培育大學(xué)生志愿精神的途徑、措施以及理論與實(shí)踐體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous demand of the current economic and social development, voluntary service, an activity that meets the needs of the current social development, is being carried out extensively and rapidly throughout the country. Volunteerism is the intrinsic spiritual motive force of voluntary service, which contains "dedication," The core value of fraternity, mutual assistance and progress: among them, "dedication" is the virtue of volunteerism; "fraternity, mutual assistance" is the moral principle of volunteerism; and the value purpose of volunteerism, Voluntary spirit can not only effectively promote the construction of socialist modernization cause, create a harmonious socialist environment, and promote the moral construction of a harmonious society. It can also make up for the institutional defects brought about by the government and the market system.As the main force of voluntary service in our country, college students, if they cannot fully understand the profound connotation of volunteerism, It will inevitably affect the cultivation and promotion of volunteerism among college students in our country, the cultivation of qualified socialist successors and the construction of a harmonious society. The red resources created by the Chinese nation in the long revolutionary struggle are not only the strong motive force for the victory of our revolution, but also the important source of our fine tradition and ideological spirit, and have a close theoretical origin with the spirit of volunteer.Therefore, Using red resources to cultivate college students' voluntary spirit is not only the call of the times, but also has far-reaching significance to the construction of a harmonious society. This paper studies the cultivation of volunteerism by means of comparative research, literature analysis and combining theory with practice. This paper has carried on the systematic and comprehensive exploration to the cultivation of the college students' volunteerism at present: firstly, the paper has elaborated the concept, the characteristic and the function of the volunteer spirit and the red resources, has obtained the intrinsic relation between the voluntary spirit and the red resources; secondly, By studying the theoretical origin and theoretical basis of the voluntary spirit, the necessity of cultivating the voluntary spirit of college students is obtained. Thirdly, the present situation and the reasons of the cultivation of the voluntary spirit of college students are analyzed. To explore and construct the ways, measures and theoretical and practical systems of exploiting and utilizing red resources to cultivate the voluntary spirit of college students.
