基于TRIZ、QFD理論的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量研究

【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》指出,當(dāng)今世界正處在大發(fā)展大變革大調(diào)整時(shí)期,我國(guó)在這樣的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量、提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,著力培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的專門人才和拔尖創(chuàng)新人才,是高校面臨的重要任務(wù)[1]。人才培養(yǎng)作為高校工作的中心,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量已成為高校面臨的一項(xiàng)重要課題。分析當(dāng)前人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,探討人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因及影響因素,不僅對(duì)高校提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要的推動(dòng)作用,同時(shí)對(duì)于促進(jìn)高等教育整體水平的提升也具有重要意義。 本研究以TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,發(fā)明問(wèn)題解決理論)、QFD(Quality Function Deployment,質(zhì)量屋)為理論基礎(chǔ),將政府、社會(huì)視為“顧客”,把培養(yǎng)的人才看做高校生產(chǎn)出的“產(chǎn)品”,以顧客需求為導(dǎo)向,,結(jié)合TRIZ、QFD理論求解步驟,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法對(duì)當(dāng)前高等教育中的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了分析,探討了高校在生產(chǎn)與培養(yǎng)人才時(shí)存在的具體矛盾與沖突,針對(duì)沖突與矛盾,提出了提高“產(chǎn)品”質(zhì)量理想解模型,并從完善“產(chǎn)品”生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)、樹立科學(xué)的“產(chǎn)品”質(zhì)量觀、優(yōu)化“產(chǎn)品”生產(chǎn)過(guò)程、完善“產(chǎn)品”管理制度、構(gòu)建“產(chǎn)品”質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系等五個(gè)方面設(shè)想出了提高“產(chǎn)品”質(zhì)量的解決方案,進(jìn)而為提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、高等教育質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)高等教育及高等教育研究的多樣化發(fā)展提供了有價(jià)值的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program 2010-2020 points out that the world is now in the period of great development, great transformation and great readjustment, and China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in such a critical period, so as to improve the quality of higher education in an all-round way. It is an important task for colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training, and to train high quality specialized talents and top creative talents [1] .Talent training is the center of the work of colleges and universities. It has become an important subject for colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training. This paper analyzes the present situation of talent training quality, and probes into the causes and influencing factors of the present situation of talent training quality. It not only plays an important role in promoting the quality of talents training in colleges and universities, but also plays an important role in promoting the overall level of higher education. Based on the theory of TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem deployment (quality House), the author regards the government and the society as "customers", regards the trained talents as "products" produced by colleges and universities, and takes customer demand as the orientation. Combined with the steps of solving Triz / qfd theory, this paper analyzes the quality of talent training in higher education by using the method of literature and investigation, and probes into the concrete contradictions and conflicts existing in the production and cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, aiming at the conflicts and contradictions. The ideal solution model for improving the quality of "product" is put forward, and the scientific concept of "product" quality, the optimization of "product" production process and the management system of "product" are set up in order to perfect the goal of "product" production. In order to improve the quality of personnel training and the quality of higher education, five aspects of "product" quality evaluation system are proposed to improve the quality of "products". Promoting the diversification of higher education and higher education research provides valuable reference.
