【摘要】：高等教育是我國教育體系中的重要一環(huán)，而教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入則是高等教育發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和先決條件。近年來，，黑龍江省采取了一系列措施發(fā)展普通高校教育事業(yè)，并取得了顯著的成就，實(shí)現(xiàn)了改革與發(fā)展的歷史性跨越，但教育經(jīng)費(fèi)也存在著一些問題。本文通過對(duì)黑龍江省普通高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的實(shí)證研究，分析了其發(fā)展過程中存在的問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。從而促進(jìn)我省普通高校平穩(wěn)快速地發(fā)展，提高普通高校教育質(zhì)量，進(jìn)一步提高我省高等教育的綜合水平，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才，實(shí)現(xiàn)黑龍江省普通高校教育事業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Higher education is the education system of our country is an important part of the education funds is the material basis of the development of higher education and the prerequisite. In recent years, Heilongjiang province has adopted a series of measures for the development of college education, and made remarkable achievements, achieved a historic leap in the reform and development. But education has some problems. Through empirical research on Heilongjiang province higher education funds, analyzes the problems in the development process, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. So as to promote the colleges and universities in our province to steady and rapid development, improve the quality of education in Colleges and universities, to further improve the overall level of higher education the cultivation of high-quality talents to adapt to the development of modern society, to achieve leapfrog development of college education in Heilongjiang province.
