【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的新形勢下,提高自主創(chuàng)新能力是增強國家競爭力和實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、實現(xiàn)科教興國的必經(jīng)之路,是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的戰(zhàn)略選擇。胡錦濤曾經(jīng)指出,“功以才成,業(yè)由才廣�！蹦芊駥崿F(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)新,其關(guān)鍵是創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng),這其中,高校承擔著為國家、為社會輸送創(chuàng)新人才的重要使命和責任,高校培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的關(guān)鍵,就是培養(yǎng)具備創(chuàng)新型人格的大學生群體,使他們具備符合時代特征的、健康的創(chuàng)新人格,更好地使科學素養(yǎng)和人文精神統(tǒng)一起來,因為大學生作為社會的一個特殊群體,一方面擔負著國家未來發(fā)展的希望,另一方面,又是處于知識積累和人格發(fā)展的重要階段。高校以思想政治教育的理論和實踐為載體,實施大學生創(chuàng)新型人格培養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人,使其更好地為國家繁榮和社會進步服務(wù),更有利于中華民族偉大復興的中國夢的實現(xiàn)。 本論文通過查閱相關(guān)文獻資料,在梳理、借鑒已有的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,進行了文獻研究法、綜合分析法,針對高校大學生創(chuàng)新型人格存在的問題,分析其中的成因,提出實效性的培養(yǎng)對策,促進高校創(chuàng)新型人才的大量涌現(xiàn),這既符合高校改革的客觀規(guī)律,也是構(gòu)建和諧社會、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的必然要求,本研究具有積極的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實意義。主要研究內(nèi)容分四個部分： 第一章,相關(guān)概述；第二章,創(chuàng)新型人格的基本理論；第三章,高校大學生創(chuàng)新型人格存在的問題及成因；第四章,高校大學生創(chuàng)新型人格培養(yǎng)對策研究。 希望本論文的研究能夠?qū)Ω咝４髮W生創(chuàng)新型人格培養(yǎng)起到一些積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of economic globalization, improving the ability of independent innovation is the only way to enhance national competitiveness, realize sustainable development, realize rejuvenation through science and education, and is a strategic choice for building an innovative country. The key to the realization of independent innovation is the cultivation of innovative talents. Among them, colleges and universities undertake the important mission and responsibility of conveying innovative talents for the country and the society, and the key to cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities. That is, to cultivate a group of college students with innovative personality, to make them have a healthy and innovative personality in line with the characteristics of the times, and to better unify scientific literacy with humanistic spirit, because college students are a special group in society. On the one hand, it bears the hope of the future development of the country, on the other hand, it is in the important stage of the accumulation of knowledge and the development of personality. Colleges and universities take the theory and practice of ideological and political education as the carrier to carry out the cultivation of innovative personality of college students. To train people with all-round development to serve national prosperity and social progress is more conducive to the realization of Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In this paper, by consulting the relevant literature, combing and referring to the existing research results, this paper carries on the literature research method, the comprehensive analysis method, and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the innovative personality of college students. It is not only the objective law of college reform, but also the inevitable requirement to construct harmonious society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This study has positive historical and practical significance. The main research content is divided into four parts:. The first chapter, related overview; the second chapter, the basic theory of innovative personality; the third chapter, university students innovative personality problems and causes; chapter 4th, college students innovative personality training strategies. It is hoped that the research in this paper will play a positive role in the cultivation of innovative personality of college students.
