【摘要】：隨著后工業(yè)社會(huì)與知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,文化作為衡量社會(huì)發(fā)展尤其是精神文明建設(shè)水平的一維指標(biāo),越來越受到社會(huì)各界的高度關(guān)注。大學(xué)文化是文化的一種顯性標(biāo)識(shí),是大學(xué)軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要向度,是大學(xué)綜合實(shí)力與競(jìng)爭力得以提高的一個(gè)必備元素。 思想政治教育是培育大學(xué)生正確世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀的一種主要教育途徑,由于受到諸如社會(huì)環(huán)境改變及其自身固有缺陷等因素的影響,其教育成效一直較為低下。本文將大學(xué)思想政治教育納入大學(xué)文化的視野,在初步厘清二者內(nèi)在關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)分析來尋求思想政治教育新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和建設(shè)思路。 具體而言,在第一章中,本文通過文本綜述與現(xiàn)實(shí)盤點(diǎn),引出了大學(xué)文化視野中的大學(xué)思想政治教育這一論點(diǎn)。第二、三章則著重闡釋了大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育等相關(guān)核心概念。第四章系統(tǒng)分析了大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。第五、六章論述了大學(xué)文化建設(shè)為思想政治教育的改革所帶來的新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和改革思路。就發(fā)展機(jī)遇來說,從大學(xué)文化建設(shè)目標(biāo)的角度出發(fā),本文認(rèn)為大學(xué)文化建設(shè)可以為思想政治教育拓展內(nèi)容、優(yōu)化方法以及提高成效；在改革思路方面,本文從大學(xué)文化中的管理文化、師生文化、學(xué)生文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化以及創(chuàng)新文化這五個(gè)角度來展開闡述,以期達(dá)到全面推進(jìn)思想政治教育改革的旨?xì)w。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the post-industrial society and the era of knowledge economy, culture, as a one-dimensional index to measure the level of social development, especially the level of spiritual civilization construction, has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. University culture is a dominant symbol of culture. It is an important aspect of the construction of university soft power and an essential element to improve the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the university. Ideological and political education is one of the main ways to cultivate college students' correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. It is influenced by factors such as social environment change and its inherent defects. In this paper, the ideological and political education in university is brought into the vision of university culture, on the basis of the preliminary clarification of the internal relationship between the two, Through the systematic analysis of the university culture construction, we seek the new development opportunity and the construction thought of the ideological and political education. Specifically, in the first chapter, through the text summary and realistic inventory, the thesis leads to the argument of university ideological and political education in the view of university culture. Chapter 4th systematically analyzes the inner relationship between university culture and ideological and political education. The sixth chapter discusses the new development opportunities and reform ideas brought by the university culture construction for the reform of ideological and political education. This paper holds that the construction of university culture can expand the content, optimize the methods and improve the effect for the ideological and political education. In the aspect of the reform, this paper focuses on the management culture, the teacher-student culture, the student culture, the management culture, and the student culture in the university culture. The network culture and the innovation culture are discussed in order to promote the reform of ideological and political education in an all-round way.
