【摘要】：安徽省獨立學(xué)院是高等教育大眾化和安徽省高等教育快速發(fā)展背景下的產(chǎn)物,它不僅利用了母體高校優(yōu)質(zhì)優(yōu)量的教育資源,而且結(jié)合了民辦高校吸收社會資金的優(yōu)勢,是一種新型的教育形式。安徽省獨立學(xué)院的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展緩解了安徽省高等教育供不應(yīng)求的矛盾,成為了安徽省高等教育不可缺少的一個部分,發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。 人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是安徽省獨立學(xué)院一切活動的出發(fā)點和歸宿,是安徽省獨立學(xué)院的生命線。在高等教育市場競爭異常激烈的今天,安徽省獨立學(xué)院想要立足并獲得持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵就看其能否培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)社會需求的高質(zhì)量專門人才。 本文首先在明確了研究背景和研究意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述和述評,并列舉了相關(guān)的研究方法,構(gòu)架了文章的基本框架,對本文可能出現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)新點進(jìn)行了闡述。接著,本文在對獨立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理的同時,闡述了影響?yīng)毩W(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的內(nèi)部影響因素和外部影響因素,內(nèi)部影響因素包括學(xué)生因素、教師因素、專業(yè)課程設(shè)置因素、人才培養(yǎng)模式因素、內(nèi)部管理因素、辦學(xué)條件因素,外部影響因素包括獨立學(xué)院的母體因素、政府和社會因素以及市場因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文分析了安徽省獨立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量存在的種種問題,并深層次挖掘其存在這些問題的原因。通過對問題及原因的剖析,本文試圖從內(nèi)部和外部構(gòu)建出安徽省獨立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量保障體系。最后,結(jié)語部分是對本文的研究做出總結(jié),并對安徽省獨立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的未來發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The Independent College of Anhui Province is the product of the popularization of higher education and the rapid development of higher education in Anhui Province. It not only makes use of the excellent educational resources of the parent university, but also combines the advantages of private colleges and universities in absorbing social funds. The emergence and development of independent colleges in Anhui Province has alleviated the contradiction that the supply of higher education in Anhui is short of supply, has become an indispensable part of higher education in Anhui Province, and plays an irreplaceable role. The quality of talent training is the starting point and destination of all the activities of Anhui Independent College, and the lifeline of Anhui Independent College. The key point of Anhui Independent College is whether it can cultivate high quality talents to meet the needs of society. On the basis of clarifying the research background and significance, this paper summarizes and reviews the relevant research literature in China, lists the relevant research methods, and sets up the basic framework of the article. This paper expounds the innovation points that may appear in this paper. Then, this paper, while combing the relevant theories of talent training quality in independent colleges, expounds the internal and external factors that affect the quality of talent training in independent colleges. Internal factors include students, teachers, professional curriculum, talent training model, internal management, school conditions, external factors, including the mother of independent colleges. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of personnel training in Anhui Independent College, and excavates the causes of these problems in depth. Through the analysis of the problems and reasons, This paper attempts to construct the quality assurance system of talent training in Anhui Independent College from inside and outside. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the research of this paper and prospects the future development of talent training quality in Anhui Independent College.
